THE APARTMENT

Plaza Mayor is a duplex apartment for temporary stays located next to Plaza Mayor, the most central area of Madrid.

This exclusive apartment features two floors:

On the lower floor, you'll find a living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, as well as a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, wine fridge, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. This floor also includes a fantastic full bathroom with a shower and a desk area, making it perfect for living in Madrid for an extended stay.

The upper floor houses the bedroom, featuring exposed wooden beams — a dreamlike space.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, complimentary toiletries, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer.

The building where the apartment is located has been fully renovated and includes an elevator.

Plaza Mayor is the perfect place to spend time in the heart of Madrid.

Plaza Mayor is located in the best area of Madrid! You can walk to all the main sights in the city center without needing any public transport. In addition, all services are just steps away: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants, and more.





HOW TO GET THERE

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):

Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios. Once there, transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero. Get off at Cuatro Caminos, then transfer to Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Tirso de Molinastation and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha Station:

Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín.

Get off at Tirso de Molinastation and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín Station:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Tirso de Molinastation and walk to the provided address.

THE FINE PRINT

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. -Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

Great location

What a great spot by Plaza Mayor. Well equipped unit with washer/dryer, microwave, etc. Elevator was a plus. Easy to book and helpful host. Able to eat breakfast in each day. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Madrid

Perfect location to explore Madrid and to stay comfortable as well as safe. Small complaints: one lightbulb didn't work at bedroom side table, tiny hand soap in bathroom was already broken into pieces, had to buy some liquid soap.

Well appointed apartment very close to many activities. The bed in the loft is a little bit of a challenge for people my age to navigate, but certainly very comfortable. Best part was the central location which was easy to get to by public transportation. Would recommend this location to anyone

Viajamos con mi pareja por primera vez, la ubicación fue excelente, el depto super grande y lindo, bien equipado, pudimos lavar la ropa sin problema -estaría bueno que te proporcionen un poco de jabón para lavar porque solo venden paquetes grandes y al final terminas usando muy poco dejándolo entero- . Lo único es que a la mañana entraba mucha luz en la habitación pero nada que un antifaz no pueda solucionarlo. Increíble, lo recomendaría sin dudas

Perfect location near the Plaza Mayor in a quiet street, so right in the centre of everything. We did not use the metro and walked to all the attractions.We arrived early by plane and were allowed to leave our luggage in the morning. Perfect!

Love the location and apartment is very nice

The location of this apartment couldn't be better. It sits only a two minute walk from the Plaza Mayor. Also, it's very convenient that there is a nice grocery store literally only a few steps from the apartment. The outside of the building is attractive and the entrance and staircase have beautiful light wood on the floors and dark wood as moldings. The charming team does a great job. They have organized things such that someone is always available to take a phone call and help out with any issues. I had a nice young lady greet me here and she did a good job of showing me how to use everything. The apartment itself is very cute. I would say it's perfect for a couple but not more than that. The kitchen is small but very well appointed and modern. Also the bathroom is small but again modern, clean and very well appointed. An older person would have difficulty here because of the steep staircase to the bedroom. Keep in mind that the bedroom is only a bed. There is no room for a chest of drawers or closets. The only negative I would say about this apartment is that the bed sits in between wooden beams and is encased by these beams. It makes it very hard to get into the bed and to get out of the bed. Again, because of the configuration, it is almost impossible to make the bed in a neat fashion. Still, I love this rental and the area is marvelous. If you are a couple or traveling alone, you can't go wrong here.

The apartment was beautiful with modern appliances and bathroom, mixed with rustic beams and hanging stairs. Had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was easy and straight-forward, the girl met us at the building and gave instructions for our three day stay. Close to Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, and a grocery shop. Would recommend to anyone traveling without children (the stairs would be a safety concern).

The apartment was spotless clean and in a quiet location so no noise from the busy streets. The apartment was both modern and characterful. The location was perfect a 2 min walk to plaza Mayor. Which is is one of many beautiful places to see and eat. Lots of restaurants and shops just at the end of the street. The main shopping area is less than a 5 min walk away. Our host was very helpful on arrival and departure. We also were able to contact him all through our stay if required. We had a great stay thanks.
