Ideal location, 500 m from the beach and the bustling heart of Moulleau, everything is on foot in the shade of tall pines! Fredon grocery store at 200m.
Villa recently renovated, on a plot of 650 m2. Fireplace in working order.
Very calm.
Heated pool under construction (7.5 x 3.5 m) will be usable in spring 2020. Large wooden terrace around.
8/10 beds, 4 bedrooms + 1 TV lounge / guest room with sofa bed with 160 cm bed
on the main floor, living room kitchen of 50 m2, 1 TV lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm and 1 bed 140 cm) and 2 bathrooms
on the lower floor, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140 cm and 2 beds of 80 cm or 1 bed of 160 cm) and 1 bathroom
2 terraces, garden side to the east and covered terrace to the west
very well equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee maker
games, books, Wifi available, everything is at your disposal for a successful holiday!

Beautiful beach house and pool

We had a fantastic stay and particularly enjoyed the sunny and spacious backyard and pool. With only a 12 minute walk down to the beach it was an excellent location and very comfortable. Great large kitchen as well for any cooks.

The property was in a good location and the kitchen facilities were very good. A nice pool and plenty of outside seating. The property might benefit from a handrail on the stairs to the downstairs bedrooms and a mirror in one of those bedrooms.

Belle villa avec joli jardin et piscine chauffée. Piscine et extérieurs très agréables. Cuisine bien équipée. Proximité de la plage, 13 minutes à pied. 4 belles chambres. Très bon accueil et propriétaires arrangeants.Seul bémol sur le canapé de la 5 eme chambre vraiment inconfortable, difficile pour des adultes d’y passer une bonne nuit. Pas de soucis pour des enfants.

Si vous souhaitez passer un excellent sejour entre amis et famille, c'est le lieu parfait. L'emplacement de la maison est top, a quelques minutes a pieds de la plage et des commerces du Mouleau. Les échanges avec les propriétaires sont limpides et rapides. Super experience.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans la maison de Véronique. Tout a été très bien préparé en amont pour faciliter notre arrivée, la communication avec Véronique était fluide, un guide de bienvenue était à notre disposition et surtout la maison est très belle, décorée avec gout et très fonctionnelle et très bien située.
