Apartment on the first floor of the historic Palazzo Stasi located on the seafront of the small town of Santa Maria al Bagno in Salento (Nardò-Lecce). ). Ideal place to visit the beautiful villages of the surroundings: Gallipoli 8 km, Lecce 30 km, Brindisi 70 km
A few meters from the beach and with easily accessible rocks for bathing just in front
The palace has been fully restored and has beautiful high vaulted ceilings

1 master bedroom with double bed or 2 singles,
1 bedroom with access from the master bedroom with 2 beds,
1 living room with double sofabed with adjoining room kitchen / diner,
2 bathrooms, one with shower
Entrance from the first floor, with a patio with table and chairs. The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher for holidays without too much trouble.
Private internal garden of 220 sqm shared with 2 other apartments, with fig trees, ancient palm trees, relaxation area, solar heated water shower, barbecue, canopy with ping pong.

Via Emanuele Filiberto, payparking is allowed on the sea side, free on the other side

This historic residence, Palazzo Stasi, dates back to the second half of the nineteenth century. The village, Santa Maria al Bagno, inhabited even in winter is a typical seaside village of Salento, where you can enjoy moments of relax, clean sea and places of cultural interest located in the surroundings. A special charm comes from these places in the spring and autumn, where there are few tourists you can also enjoy cycling, favored by the particularly mild climate even in winter.
