Less than 15 minutes from Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, one of the most beautiful villages in France, and the Dordogne villages of St. Severin and Ribérac. There is also a well known 9-hole golf club a 10 minute drive from your holiday home. Les Indeaux is comfortable and tastefully decorated and it can accommodate 4 to 8 guests. Due to its location and layout, this holiday home offers ample opportunity to stay together yet also offers areas with complete privacy. In short, the ideal setting for a holiday with the family, groups of friends or a few couples.

Inside:
Large open plan luxury kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and every utensil you can think of. The informal dining area is located in the open plan kitchen and has a lovely snug living room next to it complete with comfortable sofa's and a log burner (great for the colder evenings in winter). Next to the kitchen is a spacious utility room with extra sink, washing machine and toilet.

First floor with comfortable lounge / dining room and stunning views of the castle of Lusignac. On the same floor is a luxurious spacious bedroom with a double bedroom with 'en suite' bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Also on this floor you'll find a quiet sitting area. Second floor with 2 x single beds and the possibility to place an extra bed. A separate bathroom with washbasin, baignoire with shower and toilet.
In the annexe, through a courtyard connected to the kitchen, is a third bedroom with two single beds. Also in the extension is a spacious and cozy loft bedroom with 2 x single beds and a separate laundry room with shower / toilet and washbasin.

Outside:
A wonderful large pool of 5.5m x 11.5 m. The adjoining pool house has an outdoor shower and houses the necessary filters and is also equipped with a kitchenette and refrigerator.

The entire complex is located in a vast area of approximately 10,000 square metres with multiple terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers. There is a comfortable terrace next to the living room, a large terrace by the pool and two terraces directly by the kitchen. Ideal for different times of the day. Enjoy a coffee for breakfast in the courtyard, sunbath by the pool or cool down under the pergola, sip an aperitif on the higher terrace by the main living room.
