Our apartment is a nice and bright apartment located in a small building with only 9 units, it is on the first floor without elevator. Inside there are a bedroom, a large living room with well-equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with window and shower.
Private parking, air conditioning, heating and wi-fi included in the price.
The house is close to the historic city center and is 1.2 km from the S. Orsola hospital (15 minutes by foot).
The apartment is strategically close to the historical city center, convenient to any type of service (supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, buses, trains).
- An extra payment of 20 euros is required for check in after 9.00pm.
- We request to be contacted, some days before the arrival, to arrange a meeting to pick up the keys of the apartment. We also require confirmation by email or message 15 minutes before the arrival to the apartment.

-In the price is not included the accommodation tax for the municipality of Bologna (3 euro per person per night, childrens under 14 age don't pay, you have to pay maximum for 5 nights)
