Welcome to the city of “Marvin Gaye “ and painter “ James Ensor”.
Completely restored studio apartment with large balcony and sea view , this from the seventh floor.
Fully equipped kitchen, with every comfort, box spring bed and designer furniture. Large flat screen TV with digital channels and UE Megaboom to listen to your favorite music or channels. Free WiFi available. With the sea just 50 meters away, you are immediately in a holiday mood. All this is located in the golden triangle with many good butchers, bakery’s , restaurants and department stores (media market, Delhaize, aldi, lidl) in the immediate vicinity.
The (Wellington) hippodrome of Ostend is at our rear and public transport, such as the coastal tram can take you at the front.
Casino, the Thermae palace and the Venetian galleries are also within walking distance.
We also have free private parking for you to park your car in complete safety, access is via barriers.

Very nice Little Appartement

We had a very relaxed and nice stay at the appartment, it‘s located very near to the tram and also not very far from City Center. Especially we loved sitting at the table and looking from the 7th floor to the sea.

We had a wonderful holiday in the apartment . It was extremely clean and comfortable with an amazing balcony with a view of the sea and beach. The apartment was close to the tram stop, local restaurants and supermarkets and a little bakery.

Apart from the obvious (beach, sea) we also enjoyed neraby Kinopolis and basic-fit. Good connections with KT. We would have loved the tv set to be easier to navigate.

Die Strandnähe hat uns gefallen und die zentrale Lage. Die gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel haben wir gut genutzt. Das Gebäude war sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Die Wohnung liegt im 7. Stockwerk, und leider ist für einen ganzen Tag der Aufzug ausgefallen. Man war aber um eine zeitnahe Reparatur bemüht.Leider konnte man in dem Inserat nicht sehen, dass die separate Toilette und das Bad sehr klein war. Man konnte sich in den beiden Räumlichkeiten kaum bewegen.

Modernes und gepflegtes Appartement in super Lage

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, es war alles da, was man so braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist absolut top: Supermarkt, Tram-Haltestelle, Bäcker, Apotheke und mehr sind um die Ecke. Um an den Strand zu kommen, muss man nur eine Straße überqueren. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Annick & Jo, und wahrscheinlich nicht zum letzten Mal!

Modernes Apartment nahe am Meer

Die Vermieter Annick und Jo sinid sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Apartment im 7. Stock mit etwas Meerblick ist sehr sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Auf dem Balkon hat man nachmittags und abends Sonne. Der Weg zur Promenade und zum Strand beträgt ca. 50 Meter. In Belgien findet man an der gesamten Küste überwiegend Hochhäuser mit Meerblick. Das sieht natürlich vom Strand aus nicht so schön aus. Das weiß man aber ja vorher.

Alles was das Herz begehrt

Trotz kurzfristiger Anfrage hat alles sehr gut geklappt, zuverlässiger, schneller Austausch mit der Vermieterin. Appartement top ausgestattet und modern, tadellos sauber, gemütlich. Trotz der Straße vor dem Haus ruhig. Freundlicher Empfang bei Ankunft, gute Tipps. Die Lage ist optimal, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Tram, daher idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge entlang der Küste und auch ins Landesinnere (Brügge, Gent etc; die Zuganbindung vom Bahnhof Ostende ist selbst am Wochenende sehr gut). Wir haben das Auto während des ganzen Aufenthalts nicht gebraucht. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in Laufnähe, ebenso Restaurants. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen!

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, zauberhafte Vermieter

Hübsche, moderne Ferienwohnung, alles benötigte vorhanden. Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer, nur ein paar Schritte und man ist dort. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Würde dort jederzeit wieder buchen.
