Punta Ala. Rent for the month of August prestigious Villa in the heart of the pine forest. The house has a unique architectural structure of its kind. Internally we find: Entrance on large living area with dining room and living room, as well as kitchenette. The sleeping area is composed as follows: A Master Double Room with Bathroom, 2 Double Rooms, 2 Single Rooms (one with a 2nd bed), and two further Bathrooms. The external part develops on a finely cared garden with a Loggiato used as a dining area with BBQ and oven. Besides various seats ideal for spending pleasant evenings in the cool pine forest. The property is located a few hundred meters from the sea and from all the main services (supermarkets, bakery, church, etc. etc.). The property has 3 internal parking spaces, alarm system and safe.
Free only for the month of August, also for fortnightly rentals.
