This Condo Easily Sleeps Six in Comfort. The LARGE Upstairs Master Bedroom Features Plush Carpet, a King Size Bed with REAL TempurPedic Mattress, FULL SIZE Real Wood Amish Made Bunk Beds with Memory Foam Cooling Mattresses, NEW Keurig with Refrigerator, a large comfy rocking chair, 32 Inch LED TV with Additional 25 Inch Wall Mounted LED TV in the Bunk Bed Area, Large Closet and Plenty of Storage, Plus a HUGE Picture Window with Panoramic Views of Little Sabine Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Upstairs also features a large, full bathroom with new tile flooring, tub, shower, large mirror and plenty of light. Unlike other units in Sand Dollar Condominiums this unit was recently remodeled with the addition of an enclosed upstairs bedroom and bunk bed area. This remodel gives the condo greatly added safety for children as well as much more privacy than other units in the complex.
Walk in to Sandpiper's Perch and you will find it warm and inviting with plenty of room to enjoy yourself. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of room to cook as well as make your favorite "frozen concoctions" and serve them to your guests at the large bar that opens into the large living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, blender, Krupp coffee pot, all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The refrigerator is full sized and features an automatic ice maker. The Large Living Area features plush new carpet, a Brand New 60 Inch Samsung Wall Mounted Smart TV, new sofa sleeper, side chair and high top table with seating for four. With three additional stools at the bar, there is plenty of room for seven to sit and enjoy a meal. The living area has large picture windows and sliding glass door that allow excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico, Little Sabine Bay and the Casino Beach Fishing Pier. The living area opens up to a large private balcony that is covered and allows for even better views of the Gulf, Little Sabine and the Pier. Relax on the Balcony while you Enjoy the gulf breezes and watch vacationers and locals enjoy the day! The balcony also offers an outstanding view of the Blue Angel's Air Show and Air Show Practices. Sandpiper's Perch Condo has its OWN Washer and Dryer located in a laundry closet on the south end of the balcony for extra quiet and convenience! There is even a Stop for the FREE Beach TROLLEY Located Just Across Fort Pickens Road, Only Steps Away!!! The TROLLEY IS NOW RUNNING Until 1:00 AM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It will Resume Seven Day Service on 27 MAY and run through LABOR DAY. From the Condo, You can very easily see Margaritaville Beach Hotel (.2 Miles Away, but the Hotel is Currently Closed for Remodeling) which features 2 restaurants and bars, "Frank & Lola's" located inside the hotel for that casual to dressy affair and Landshark Landing. Landshark Landing is OPEN and offers a fun open air experience with plenty of activities for the kids and adults such as volleyball, hammocks, large fire pit, and during the season there are free KIDS MOVIES on Wednesday nights! Head West Down Fort Pickens Road and you will find a VERY Well Stocked CIRCLE K Food Mart. This Circle K is a bit different from almost any other you have seen! It features a FULL LINE of Beach Toys and Beach Supplies, Including Sun Screens, Sun Blocks, Sun Tan Lotions, Etc. They also have Crispy Cream Doughnuts, Fresh Salads, Fresh Sandwiches, Frozen Drinks and More! Forgot your Cell Phone Charger? They Sell Those Too! They also have a HUGE Selection of Beer with a Walk In Cooler and a nice Variety of Wines, Snacks and Other Beverages As Well. They Even Sell Bait and Fishing Supplies!!!
Next Door to the Circle K and an easy bike ride away is one of Pensacola Beach's Most Well Known Tourist and Local "Hot Spots," Peg Leg Pete's. "Peg Leg's" features the BEST Baked and Raw Oysters on Pensacola Beach! Their menu features a wide variety of local and New Orleans style dishes that can be enjoyed on their large open air, covered deck or in the air conditioned comfort of their inside seating area. Their inside bar overlooks a marina and features a WIDE variety of beers and frozen drinks. The "Under Where" bar and Children's Play area are located underneath and outside and feature seating as well as live music during the warm months.

We are a military family that fell in love with Pensacola Beach over 20 years ago. We are long time residences of the beach and truly appreciate all that it has to offer. We believe that Pensacola Beach offers the untouched beauty and serenity that most beaches do not, while maintaining an attractive restaurant, shopping and night life to experience. We love the history, family friendly atmosphere and safety of Pensacola Beach. The pictures posted on VRBO show Sandpiper's Perch condo as it really is! The owners of the condo were great hosts. All of our questions were answered promptly and a stairway light bulb in the condo (out of our reach) that was burned out was replaced the same day. The condo is full of light and was the best decorated condo we've had in our many years visiting Florida.

A bright and welcoming seaside property. It's all about location with this one. A few steps off the beaten path make it quiet and serene, but a brief turn out of the property puts you right in the heart of Pensacola Beach. The owners have prepared an insanely detailed binder of all the attractions, spot-on recommendations for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. The king bed is not what you would expect - as with the decor and the amenities - all top of the line. An expansive selection of movies, games and books is available for those down days or quiet family movie nights. Don't worry that you may have forgotten something at home, I'm sure the Collins' have already thought of it. They have even made checking in and out a seamless and painless process. It felt like going to my own vacation property!! Each and every gulf coast sunrise and sunset made me question my decision to leave here years ago. Thanks Trish and Dan, for your attention to detail and sincere desire to provide your guests with an amazing seaside adventure!!!

Really enjoyed the quality of what's provided like board games , cookware, smart, and the location was close to all of the good resteraunts. Owner was always very quick to respond and helpful. The bed was super comfortable too.
