This well appointed 1br/1ba condo features fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Beach chairs, umbrella, 2 Kayak's and cooler are provided. All you have to do is bring the sunscreen and be ready to get your Salty Smile on!

We enjoyed a fun anniversary getaway at this beautiful condo! From booking to staying and check out was flawless! The condo was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It had all the necessary kitchen tools and touches that you appreciate being away from home. The hosts, Kenneth and Janie were very accommodating. We will be back!

We had an incredible long weekend at this amazing condo. The hosts were very effective communicators and make sure that we have all the information we possibly could’ve needed. This included a guide on things to do emergency contacts and all the information anyone might need.The condo is better looking in person, and it was absolutely spotless. The kitchen is huge and it had everything you could possibly want or need from glassware to very nice plate sets silverware, and anything else you can think of. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and they had plenty options for streaming services and things of that nature. They also provided towels, soaps and shampoos and several beach chairs, so it was really nice to not even have to worry about that stuff.These hosts were incredible and the property was amazing and we can’t wait to come back!

Great view of the bay. Great sunsets and able to watch dolphins from the balcony. Building is old but the unit is fairly well kept. Had an issue with the smell of pot from another unit venting into our unit.

Clean, bright condo near the best beaches and historical Pensacola. We liked having beach chairs and towels for our sunny excursions. Sitting out on the covered patio morning evening while watching the sunrise and set made our days start/end with nature’s delights

The condo was so cute! Decorated beautifully! The hosts have thought of literally everything! From beach towels to beach chairs and umbrella, life vests, and even a small cooler to take drinks or food on the go. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cutlery you could need. The bathroom had plenty of towels, and the shower is really nice. The bedroom is a nice size with a really comfortable bed that's got a remote to adjust the head and foot, it's even got a vibrate setting! The deck is the prefect size for the chairs and table that are on it. We spent hours sitting out there enjoying the view of the sound. The hosts were quick to answer any questions I had. Check in was seamless. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great place

We loved it here. It was a small complex and everyone was very friendly. It was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants

Long weekend

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Located within walking distance of the beach and the beach was not over crowded. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time, this is the place for you!

Beautifully maintained condo. Very clean and provided plenty of room for my husband and I. The bed was oh so comfortable - we both fell asleep so easily. Decent view of the bay from the balcony. The chairs and umbrella in the storage bin were very helpful. Luxury perk of covered parking as well.

The place looked just like the photo. Super cute and perfect beach vibes. It had everything we needed, like a stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and an umbrella. It’s a quick walk to the beach, and we loved hanging out on the deck with a nice view of the bay. It was exactly the kind of break we needed. The hosts were awesome and super quick to reply, plus they gave us some great food recommendations. You have to try The Grand Marlin! We’ll definitely be back.
