Beachfront apartment, 1st line. Semi-enclosed terrace, 2 rooms and parking

Simple apartment but with all the comforts, on the beachfront. Direct views of the sea without obstacles. 4th floor with elevator, direct access from garage or portal.
2 rooms, one with a double bed (1'80x1,35) and the other with two twin beds (1'80x90). Bed linen and towels for use during the stay included.
Full kitchen with hob, oven, drip coffee maker, microwave and toaster.
Full bathroom with bathtub equipped with screen.
Community showers at the entrance of the building to rinse the sand before climbing.
Semi-enclosed terrace
Ducted air conditioning in all rooms.
Parking with automatic door, two sets of keys are lent during the stay, one of them with remote control.

Schedule during school year: departure 11.00h / entry 19.00h
Opening hours in summer and holidays: departure 10.00 a.m. / entry 18. 00 a.m.

Localización estupenda

La localización es inmejorable, con una terraza magnífica. La anfitriona muy amable. La limpieza se puede mejorar ( electrodomésticos, muebles...), el apartamento no tenía aspirador, no había una jarra para el agua o la leche, la tv se ve pixelada muchos canales. Corrigiendo estas cosas, es un apartamento recomendable.

Han sido unos días maravillosos. Resaltar la ubicación y las increíbles vistas del apartamento. Buen mobiliario y suficiente menaje para las necesidades de los días. Toallas y ropa de cama extras. Sandra ha sido una excelente "embajadora" del apartamento. Nos resolvió todas las dudas y problemas además de ofrecernos planes por la zona. Y buenos restaurantes!. Sin duda....volveremos! Appartement très ancien

Malgré la belle vue avec la terrasse qui est très agréable, l’appartement est équipé de mobilier et accessoires très très vieux. Les couvertures et duvet dégage une mauvaise odeur… il était nécessaire de tout aéré durant le séjour. La réception par la propriétaire a été rapide, on avait l’impression qu’elle voulait vite se débarrasser de cette tâche… bizarre ! Bien à éviter quand même

Les dediqué todo el tiempo necesario para enseñarles a usar todos los electrodomésticos y elementos del apartamento, desde la cocina a la calefacción, pasando por la televisión. Les indique dónde tenían las toallas, recambios de ropa de cama y más mantas por si necesitaban. Incluso me quedé haciéndoles recomendaciones de actividades y lugares para comer, como llegar al servicio de atención médica, farmacia y todos y cada uno de los supermercados de la localidad y antes de irme pregunté si necesitaban algo más, ustedes me indicaron que ya no necesitaban más información y me despidieron, no entiendo porqué dicen que los traté con prisa cuando estuve bastante más de media hora con ustedes respondiendo preguntas y dándole indicaciones cuando en teoría solo debía entregarles las llaves e irme. Efectivamente no hablo francés, como indica claramente en la ficha de la propiedad, pero hice cuanto pude por atenderles y ayudarles a pesar de ello. Los muebles son los que se ven en las fotografías del apartamento, elegantes, perfectamente adecuados y conservados, todas las mantas, toallas y ropa de cama estaba recién lavada antes de su llegada al igual que antes de la de cualquier otro inquilino.

Hervorragende Strandlage

Gute Ferienwohnung mit einfacher aber ausreichender Ausstattung. Für einen Strandurlaub sehr gut geeignet. Was man im Alltag benötigt ist vorhanden. Leider kein W-Lan. Sehr gut ist auch die Tiefgarage und der Lift. Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausreichend vorhanden, auch die Waschmaschine ist sehr sinnvoll. Optimal geeignet ist die Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene mit einem maximal 2 Kinder. Für uns gerne wieder.

Fantástico

Una estancia de 10. Las vistas insuperables al mar te relajan cada hora del día, el apartamento lo encontramos muy limpio y con todas las comodidades, cocina completa, dormitorios con sábanas y toallas, salón con buen sofá y televisión,baño bien equipado, terraza con mesa grande y 4 sillas,etc. Aire acondicionado en todo el piso y funciona perfecto. Edificio muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, vecinos amables. Garaje en el mismo edificio q subes directamente al apartamento con el ascensor. El acceso directo a la playa o el paseo no tiene precio.. y x supuesto Sandra, la propietaria, q nos trató super bien y estuvo atenta a q nos encontráramos cómodos todo el tiempo, gracias x su trato y formalidad en todo momento. Sin duda para volver en cuanto podamos.

El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones a su llegada al igual que para los demás visitantes, la limpieza no está incluida por lo que los huéspedes han de recoger tras ellos a excepción de lavandería de sábanas y toallas, ustedes dejaron la basura sin bajar a los contenedores, la cafetera sucia y con cafe usado en el filtro, platos con restos en el escurridor y también devueltos a los armarios junto con derrames por la nevera y congelador, salpicaduras de bebidas en el mobiliario del salon, rompieron el tope de una puerta y el asa a una cazuela y la escondieron en un cajón, dejaron arena y salpicaduras de orin por todo el suelo y taza del baño y en las habitaciones 'olvidaron' ropa interior sucia, comportarse así en casa ajena, y que si le llaman la atención y le cobran la limpieza (que fue precio simbólico, ya que cualquier empresa de limpieza les hubiera cargado más del doble) primero me quiera amedrentar por teléfono y después pretenda bajar la valoración del inmueble y dejarme en mal lugar cuando les entregué una hora antes de lo convenido las llaves y dejé salir dos horas después de lo estipulado en las normas de la casa sin ningún cargo extra.
