A wonderful, five bedroom, poolside villa for an ideal family vacation

Villa Orlando is located in a small place called Plat, between Cavtat and Dubrovnik. You will enjoy the villa because of its beautiful views, its spaciousness and luxuriously equipped interior, as well as the large swimming pool.

One of the many advantages of this property is its proximity to the airport, Dubrovnik and Cavtat. The villa is newly built (finished in fall 2016) and luxuriously equipped. It expands on about 370 m2 of surface (approx. 4000 ft2) and is 3 stories high. The outer style of the villa resembles the traditional Dubrovnik villa, so it naturally fits into the surrounding ambience.

The villa has numerous features which enables you a comfortable and relaxing stay: a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Adriatic sea, a state-of-the-art solar energy heating and cooling system thought the entire villa, internet access (Wi-Fi), flat screen TVs, SAT in every bedroom, cable TV and a gym on the ground floor.
The view of a beautiful bay with several islands is visible from every bedroom, the master living room, the terrace surrounding the villa and the pool.

Villa Orlando has five bedrooms, each with a sea view, a balcony or an exit to the terrace. Four of the bedrooms have a private bathroom and one has a bathroom en suite.
The villa has a spacious living room with a kitchen and various living spaces. The living room spreads throughout the entire ground floor, over 100 m2 (approx. 1080 ft2) and is decorated with a mix of luxurious antique and modern furniture, which gives it an eclectic feel. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine. There is a big dining area that seats 10 people and a spacious salon with a flat screen TV. Surrounding the living room is a large terrace with a sea view, perfect for relaxing. The terrace is 16m (south side) x 7m (east side).
Three beautiful bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and a balcony overlooking the bay, are located on the first floor together with a staircase and a gallery with a hall.

On the ground floor (pool level) there are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, another living room with a smaller kitchen and a fitness/gym room. The bedrooms exit to a long terrace with a sunbathing area and infinity pool. Every room on this floor has a beautiful sea view. On this level there is also a small (engine) room besides the staircase equipped with a washer and drier.

A small private parking with 3 parking places is located in front of the garden entrance.

You can find a beautiful (gravel) beach with clear blue water just 200 meters (approx. 650 ft.) from the Villa Orlando.

Villa Orlando is located in a small place Plat, between the Cavtat and Dubrovnik. One of the many advantages of this location is its proximity to the airport (Čilipi).
Cavtat is a beautiful little town with a highly developed touristic offer, only 6.5 km (4 miles) away from the property. Here you can find several great, quaint restaurants, a bakery, a post office, a grocery store, a bank, a pharmacy and a beautiful and lively promenade by the sea.

Villa Orlando is only 15 km (9 miles), a short 15-minute drive by car, away from Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is a beautiful and historic town on the far south of the Croatian coast. The Old Town is made entirely out of stone and is surrounded by tall stone walls and several towers, which are placed under the UNESCO protection. It is one of the most famous and stunning cities of the Mediterranean. The Old Town of Dubrovnik abounds with interesting tourist locations, starting with the viewpoint and its incredible panoramas, numerous museums, galleries, various historical sites, great restaurants and bars, as well as many other appealing vacation activities.
Villa Orlando is only 8 km (5 miles) away from the airport (Čilipi) or 7-8 minutes by car.

Near the villa, only 5 km (3 miles) away, in a small place called Srebreno is a newly built, big shopping mall with various shops and restaurants. Here you can find fresh groceries, such as fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables, etc. There are also several stores with clothes, cosmetic supplies and a pharmacy.
The Villa is around 400 m (1300 feet) away from the bus line Dubrovnik - Cavtat.
There are several car rental services at the airport.

From the ferry port in Dubrovnik you can visit some of the interesting nearby islands. The port is in Gruž, a part of Dubrovnik 19 km (11.5 miles) away from the villa.
