This home is a gem in the heart of North Scottsdale. We take GREAT PRIDE in our properties and this again, is one we took exceptional care in to making it the perfect destination home you will never want to leave! Our home is moments away from Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter and Desert Ridge and only about 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. Our home has been remodeled top to bottom and filled with the finest furnishings. The master bedroom has one of the most serene soaking tubs that will no doubt help you relax and start your vacation off right. The home fits 10 comfortably in beds, as the couch pulls out into a queen bed. There are 4 bedrooms as well: a room with 2 twin beds (which can be converted to king upon request), a room with a queen and 2 rooms with king beds. We have 2 pack n plays that can be added upon request as well. With the pool table and incredible back yard, this home is the entertainers dream and the perfect destination to enjoy a family or friend gathering! We recently installed a pool fence in the back yard as well for safety. Don't waste another moment and book your vacation today! You will not be disappointed.

This homes was not actually one of our flips or renovations. We happened to stumble upon it while out and about house hunting and FELL IN LOVE! This home has it all. The floor plan was fabulous with its little areas for families to gather and have fun and that yard....I MEAN I LOVE IT!!! Between the yard and the master bath~it was surely hard to pass up. Its so close to all the destination places that we love to frequent and the neighborhood is fabulous. We were so lucky to have found such a gem! A great family setting with the pool fence, multiple rooms to hang out in and great floor plan. This home has a GREAT VIBE to it and is welcoming and cozy top to bottom!
