In 2009 we opened our beautiful new building on the fringes of Darlington town centre, literally steps from the train station and theatre and with great transport and local amenities. Having purpose built our building over three floors to match local architecture, we recently looked to develop the huge empty spaces upstairs that we had created!

Our apartments have been built with love and care and a real desire to make your stay as comfortable as we would want our stay to be when we travel. It is the experiences of travelling - good and bad that we bought to the mission of developing these apartments and - unconstrained by corporate requirements - we hope we have succeeded in offering you a truly unique stay and safety.
Darlington is a busy, friendly town and is ideally located for visiting the north of England. We have a mainline station with a usual 30 minute service to London, York and Edinburgh. You can be in the lake district within 60 minutes and the coast of Redcar within 45. Closer to home there are the historic market towns of Richmond, Barnard Castle, Yarm and Northallerton (with its famous Betty's tea rooms) through which to wander and browse.
Darlington's theatre has just undergone a multi million pound makeover to create the most wonderful theatre and children’s theatre complex complete with bar and restaurant.
In town the new Feethams development offers a cinema and great leisure and dining opportunities including several large chains such as Bella Italia and Nando's. However there is a thriving independent selection of shops, bars and restaurants that far better showcase Darlington's own character - these include bars such as Vesuvio's, 22's, The Imperial, and Genever and restaurants such as Eastern Bamboo, Red Hot Indian Grill, Rare and Stable Hearth.
Our apartments are a stone throw from all these amenities and provide all the luxury and comfort you would wish whatever the reason for your visit to our town.
