Hermosa villa recientemente renovada en los jardines de Formosa.
Esta villa de 7 dormitorios cuenta con una de las mejores vistas al lago de los jardines de Formosa con una impresionante piscina orientada al sur.
El dormitorio principal tamaño king es de lujo puro. Cuenta con una cama king size y un hermoso cuarto de baño, puertas francesas que conducen a la piscina, spa y piscina para niños, con vistas a Star Lake y Parkland al lado que ofrece una privacidad incomparable, también tiene su propia televisión.
También hay un dormitorio dos con dos camas individuales con acceso al baño de la piscina.

El segundo dormitorio de matrimonio tiene un baño con ducha. También hay dos habitaciones tamaño Queen que cuentan con una gran ducha en sus baños privados. Otro que tiene 2 camas matrimoniales.
Cada habitación para adultos tiene un baño privado, la habitación doble tiene acceso al baño de la piscina y las otras dos habitaciones dobles comparten un baño.

La lujosa piscina privada protegida por solárium recibe el sol durante todo el día y tiene el área de cubierta más grande del lago con muchas tumbonas para que pueda obtener todo el bronceado importante. The house was beautiful and in a beautiful quiet location. Very clean with lots of room so everyone could have their own space. We had a great time. My only recommendation would be to get a barbeque for the house. We had nine people in our group and cooking in the oven was quite challenging since there was no bbq. Thanks again for letting us use the house.

What a lovely house. Having stayed many times in the area this was one of the best. Beautiful furnishings and everything you need. Perhaps only slight suggestion would be an upgrade of the furniture around the pool. So well located for everything. Thanks Sarah and family for sharing your home.

Fantastic location and house

This house is exactly as advertised and also centrally located. It was very quick getting to and from all the attractions, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and inviting. The pool is very large and clean as well as the hot tub. We would go back for sure!

Beautiful villa and location

We are a famliy of 8. Elderly parents and adult children with their partners. Not our first time to this area. (our 13th). We have not stayed in a same villa twice. However after our visit to this villa we would definitely return. The villa has plenty of space for us all. Pool area is very spacious and pool is a wonderful size with lake views. Location excellent for the parks and nearby restaurants. The neighbourhood is very quiet at night which is great not to be disturbed by others partying into the small hours. Villa management were so helpful and supportive during our stay during hurricane Milton, as was the owner. Only negative was wish we could have stayed longer.

Luxury on the lake - your perfect location for a family when planning a holiday including Disney

Beautiful house in the best gated community when visiting Disney area attractions. The pool is a generous size where you can unwind after a days theme park visits or a day browsing through the shopping malls. All the rooms are fresh and clean have their own TVs with streaming services. And when you need to stock up on essentials there are four large supermarkets nearby and also chemists just in case you need medication sun creams etc

Large Bright Villa

Lovely large bright villa in an excellent location. We were a mixed age party including young children, everyone had their own space the villa definitely does deliver on space. Our only issues were both the air and water filters in the fridge freezer came up in red that they needed changing, I rang the agents who said they’d change them but then never did. I’m not sure if it’s the tight turnaround time but there were areas that hadn’t been cleaned properly and we found a dirty nappy in the games room. The pool is great and it’s a huge outside space but the outdoor furniture is starting to look a bit grubby in particular the lounge bed in the corner there was a big rip in the canopy which was very obvious when we arrived. We had an absolutely great stay and would recommend the villa the owners just need to be more vigilant re the cleaning going forward.

Family Disney Trip

Beautiful home close to Disney. This is great house which is near Disney and area restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and was a great place for our large group of 9. The pool was a nice place to spend a relaxing day away from the parks. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Beautiful home in excellent condition with perfect location

Our family of 9 stayed here and had a wonderful time! We love the quiet location, beautiful views and the pool, hot tub and kiddie pool was perfect for our 2 year old grandson. We have stayed at Villa Belagio previously and it never disappoints.

Holiday vacation

Stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New year's! Property is fantastic the pool area is massive with great views and seating options. Property location for attending the Theme parks is incredibly convenient. Had a few issues with heating of the Hot Tub but the property manger was prompt in attending the locations and replacing the unit. Have stayed in multiple locations over the years in Orlando and this is by far the best!

Spectacular vacation

We could not have asked for a better vacation rental. We vacation in Florida twice a year. We love the location of Formosa Gardens. Of all the rentals that we have stayed in, this was by far, the best. The pool/lanai area is unbeatable. The view was amazing. The location to EVERYTHING was great. Sarah was very responsive to any questions that we had. The furnishings were nice and the house is updated. If you are looking for location and comfort, look no further!!!!

2023 xmas getaway

We had an amazing time. 8 adults 1 kid. The house was perfect and the location was perfect! Very spacious, the pool and view were amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook in if you choose to. The game room was great place to relax. This house was 10 out of 10.

Beautiful property in lovely location

This property is beautiful, in a stunning location. There were 12 of us in total - 8 adults, 2 children aged 6 and 3 and two infants. The beautiful villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed and more. The pool deck is huge and we loved using the pools and the spa. Unfortunately we had no pool heat for 6 days as the pump was broken and the management company struggled to find a replacement part. This meant we were unable to make full use of the pool during this time as it was too cold. However, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to book a villa for their trip and I would certainly book to stay here again in the future.

September family vacation

Excellent villa with everything required for a great vacation. The family all loved the trip and would love to stay again in the future. Location was excellent and allowed easy access to Disney without having to join/leave I-4. Choice of restaurants and supermarkets close by was great.

Fantastic stay

We visited Florida as a group of 12, consisting of 3 families with children aged between 8 and 11. Villa was stunning, it was very comfortable and the pool, pool table and music system were great fun for the time spent in the house. The property is very convenient for the parks and less than 10 mins from Disney world drive. No issues with check in and everything very clear and way to use. Would definitely stay again
