Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker hood, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The living room invites relaxation with a double lounger, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo system, MP3 connection, and a bioethanol fireplace that adds warmth and ambience on cooler evenings. Large windows and a loggia provide sweeping views of the marina and surrounding landscape—an ideal spot to sip coffee, watch ships pass by with the provided binoculars, or simply soak in the tranquillity.
