A well-arranged holiday cottage with a swimming pool section and activity room located in Blåvand. It has everything you need for your holiday. The impressive pool section has a 18 m² large pool with a water slide and counter-current system, lovely whirlpool for 4-6 people and a large sauna. The house is highly spacious and well-dimensioned, with 2 separate sleeping sections with bathrooms. There is also a large mezzanine, popular for children. The natural gathering spot is the large and architect designed combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well-arranged and has room for several chefs at the same time. There are 2 ovens, to fridge-freezers plus an extra fridge at the bar, 2 dish washers, 2 coffee machines and a large cooker (induction). The dryer is also placed in the kitchen. The living room is tastefully arranged with comfortable furniture and a wood-burning stove as well as a 65'' flatscreen TV. On the other side of the living room you find the large activity room with a bar, dart and a pool table. There is also Apple TV and 55" Smart TV as well as access to Google Chromecast. PlayStation4 available (bring your own games). There is a large terrace (partly covered) where you can enjoy the Danish summer and comfortable furniture. Here you will find an outdoor kitchen with a wash basin for cleaning fish and then preparing them on the gas grill. There are swings and sandbox for children. The house is opposite Denmark's largest mini-golf facilities and only a short walk from a charming town with good restaurants and shops. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be paid in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
