Spectacular five-star beachfront with spectacular views over the sea and the best sunsets in Benidorm. All new after reform. Furniture and decoration very careful.
Have a soft drink, listen to music, read or chat in front of the sea in total relaxation. Enjoy a true vacation listening to the waves of the sea at night. Sustainable accommodation label.
Located on the promenade of Playa de Levante in Rincón de Loix. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, pubs, bars, shops, ATMs, banks, bus transport and taxis. There are doormen 7 days a week and security cameras.
It has 4 independent air conditioners with heating in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms. Mosquito nets on all windows, swimming pool, parking and Wifi. Maximum 6 seats. Completely equipped with trousseau, crockery, glassware and complete furniture. Living room with a beautiful 5-seater sofa with a chaise longue plus another chaise longue facing the sea. 55-inch Smart TV with satellite channels.
Two bedrooms with a 1.40x1.95 bed and the third with two 90 trundle beds. It has a full bathroom adapted for the disabled and a toilet. Independent full kitchen with dishwasher and all kinds of new appliances. Inner patio with clothesline.
Community pool and parking with charging for electric vehicles. Minimum rental 5 days according to season. Pets Allowed. Deposit €400.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location. Owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.However, each apartment needs a full set of door keys, at one point we were locked in and could'nt get out.

Really enjoyed our 2 week stay perfect apartment on 1st floor so easily accessible. Pool was not crowded at all and the host couldn’t do enough to make our holiday the best we’ve ever had in Benidorm. Will be going back next year.

Fabulous appartment overlooking Levante beach. Everything you need is nearby, restaurants and supermarkets. Bus routes into the centre and also up to Altea. We loved the pool which we had pretty much to ourselves. The appartment is very well equipped and had much needed air conditioning. I would recommend this appartment and would love to stay again
