Freshly renovated, bright & spacious, traditional Victorian apartment in the very centre of Edinburgh's historic Bruntsfield, only a few mins walk to the famous princess street or downtown/old town ,maindoor so no stairs to negotiate,just walk in.
The apartment is a beautiful listed Victorian tenement building. It is a main door flat therefor very elderly/disabled friendly There are 2 bedrooms both with double beds, there is also a very comfortable large sofa bed in the living room making for very flexible accommodation. The apartment has a large kitchen with adjoining dining area and a separate spacious living room with original period features. Acces to the back garden is directly from the kitchen .The whole apartment has just been fully refurbished and is fully centrally heated with lovely hardwood maple flooring throughout.
Free hi-speed fibre optic wi-fi & a house laptop are provided for use.
