Sabaudia: Between the national park and the sea

Between the green of the Parco Nazionale del Circeo and the dunes of an uncontaminated sea, two km from the structure, with 16 km of fine sand, is this portion of a 70-square-meter detached house in a residence with private swimming pool, large supermarket, in front of which the municipal shuttle leaves to go to the beach or to the nearby Sabaudia. Large shaded patio at lunchtime and 120sqm garden. with outdoor shower. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, a new double sofa bed and a small bathroom. On the first floor two bedrooms one double, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Fireplace, radiators, gas boiler and electric water heater. Linen available on request with weekly change (towels, and sheets). We do not accept animals
Nearby pretty medieval villages and departures from the Circeo for the enchanting Pontine islands. I wait for you! :)

Tolles Häuschen in super Lage

Liebe Carla, Sie waren wunderbare zuvorkommende Gastgeber mit vielen tollen Tipps parat. Es war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Ein tolles Häuschen im landhausstil mit kleinem gepflegten Gärtchen. Außerdem war die praktische Außendusche besonders. Den Gemeinschaftspool haben wir nicht so oft benutzt, weil Badekappen nötig waren. Dafür war der supertolle Strand in der Nähe, den wir oft benutzt haben. Der Strand geht über soviele Kilometer weit. Soviele tolle Plätze zu sehen und viele Möglichkeiten schön und gut Essen zu gehen. Auch sehr schön waren die Orte Felice Circeo und Sermoneta. Rom ist mit dem Zug von Priverno toll erreichbar. Wenn es uns die Finanzen erlauben, kommen wir gerne wieder, ;-) Liebe Grüße Daniela und Andreas

La casa è molto carina, dotata di tutti i comfort, bello anche lo spazio esterno con la pratica doccia! Vicina al mare. Molto comoda nel week end, la navetta per la spiaggia! I propietari sono gentili e disponibili, se avremo occasione torneremo sicuramente!

Quella trascorsa è stata una vacanza che rimarrà per sempre nei nostri cuori. La villetta impeccabile, ottima la zona, vicina a tutti i servizi essenziali e ben collegata a molte delle spiagge più belle del Lazio. I proprietari, due persone squisite, che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra, facendoci trovare tutto in perfette condizioni, funzionante e pulito. In sintesi: una vacanza da 10 e lode!
