SYMPATHIC APARTMENT IN BEAUTIFUL RESIDENCE ON THE FRONT OF THE POOL

Casa Giorgia is an apartment in the "Campiello del Sole" complex which stands close to the seafront pine forest of Lido del Sole in Bibione. The complex has a beautiful internal park with its illuminated pedestrian paths, two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, with showers, toilets and changing rooms. The accommodation consists of a cheerful living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with three single beds), a large bathroom with shower and window. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by means of a staircase. It is equipped with armored door, TV set, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and on the outside terrace of the kitchen-living room with a fireplace.

It is the ideal place to spend relaxing holidays surrounded by nature.

It has a private garage in the basement of the complex.

The house is delivered clean, tidy and in good condition. On request and with reservation it is possible to rent sheets and towels.

The customer must clean them by carefully placing the rubbish in the appropriate containers following the instructions for separate collection.

Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in order, free of waste, with a clean fridge, with dishes and pots washed, with any rented linen folded up.

During your stay in the rented accommodation you are responsible for damages that could occur (unless these are the consequence of normal wear and tear) and for the risks associated with your presence (fires, floods, etc.).

Sehr schön gelegener Komplex

Wir haben die eine Woche sehr genossen. Schöner Pool und nur 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer, sehr schön. Ein paar mehr Poolliegen könnten mit aufgestellt werden. Ein paar Wohnungsinventardetails, die wir in Deutschland wohl als selbstverständlich halten fehlten und mussten nach gekauft werden. Aber alles kein Drama, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein gute Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Es ist alles vorhanden fürs Wohnen, Kochen und Wäsche waschen. Sehr schöne, ruhige und saubere Anlage in Strandnähe. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und gab uns auf Nachfrage wertvolle Tipps für Tagesausflüge.

Tranquillità e natura

Appartamento bicamere ben distribuito e abitabile, dotato di tutto ciò che serve e tutto funzionante. Solo il terrazzo è un po' piccolo per mangiare all'aperto per una famiglia di 5 persone ma è assolutamente sufficiente. Collocato in contesto condominiale caratteristico e molto tranquillo, è circondato dal verde con bella piscina e accesso diretto alla pineta e spiaggia senza attraversamenti stradali! Super consigliato.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Italien. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, die Anlage und der Pool sehr gepflegt und der Weg zum Strand nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Sommerurlaub braucht und wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohlgefühlt.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Bibione. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber, gut gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Auf dem Balkon war die meiste Zeit Schatten und wir haben viele gemütliche Abend dort genossen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, inklusive des großen Pools. Am Strand ist man nach 5 Min. Fußweg durch einen kleinen Pinienwald. Einen freien Strand (ohne Schirmchen) erreicht man in etwa 10 Min.. Da es etwas abseits vom Stadtkern liegt, waren sowohl der Stadtteil als auch der Strand, selbst in der Hochsaison, recht ruhig. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns umfangreiche Empfehlungen gegeben.

Top Lage, Apartment leider sehr abgewohnt und miefig!

Super Lage, toller Pool und schöne Anlage. Unser Apartment aber war leider sehr abgewohnt. Der Balkon sehr klein und schmutzig, Spinnenweben überall. Der Putz brökelte teilweise. Aus allen Schränken einschließlich Küche ein Mief. Renovierung dringend nötig. Nicht wert für den Preis. Schade.

Ho soggiornato due settimane in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia, nulla dire appartamento ben tenuto all'interno di un bellissimo residence con parco e piscina davvero a ridosso della spiaggia. Non in centro ma in zona tranquilla e lontana dal caos e comunque ben servita da negozi e ristoranti. Nadia è stata gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato una serie di dritte e indicazioni utili per godere appieno della natura vacanza. Consiglio soprattutto per le famiglie. Un unico suggerimento, rendere disponibile un paio di bici lo renderebbe da cinque stelle
