You will stay in a 5-room villa that spans 220 square meters across three levels, offering a south-east facing position. The spacious living/dining room measures 55 square meters and features a satellite TV (flat screen) and a hi-fi system, with direct access to the terrace. One room is equipped with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, double hand-basin, and a satellite TV (flat screen), also leading out to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate WC on this level. Upstairs, you'll find another room with a bed (120 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and a satellite TV (flat screen). The second upstairs room measures 16 square meters and offers 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin, and a satellite TV (flat screen), with access to the terrace. The third upstairs room, spanning 22 square meters, features a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/bidet/WC, double hand-basin, and a satellite TV (flat screen), also leading out to the terrace. The top floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, has an open gallery of 42 square meters with sloping ceilings ranging from 95 to 195 cm in height, housing a bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and a satellite TV (flat screen).
