Precioso ático en el centro de Alicante. Muy luminoso y espacioso. Desde su amplia terraza se puede disfrutar de una inmejorable vista del Castillo de Santa Bárbara. Situado en la principal zona de ocio, con restaurantes de todo tipo. Al lado del Teatro Principal, Paseo de la Explanada...a cinco minutos andando de la Playa del Postiguet. Perfect apartment. Couldn’t be any closer to a huge variety of bars and restaurants. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything you needed. Great restaurant recommendations given by owner and lots of lovely little touches left like shampoo etc. great balcony to relax on after a day of wandering round the city. Would definitely stay again.

We appreciated the close location to many restaurants, bars and Mercadona. We chose to eat somewhere different each night the food was amazing at each restaurant. The apartment was close to the harbour and the beautiful la Rambla. Easy access to the airport bus as well. Everything we needed was in the apartment and a stunning view of Santa Barbara castle from the balcony. Thank you for a great stay.

Superb apartment in great location

Fabulous view of the castle from this well equipped top floor apartment. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you need. Lots of restaurants and lively bars on the doorstep. Great place to stay.

Nice apartment in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay in the heart of bustling Alicante, close to restaurants and bars and not far from the beach. Our apartment was clean and cosy. The check in process couldn’t have been easier. I would recommend staying here!

Great location and terrace but could be updated

The owner and property manager were both very helpful. The property is centrally located and has a lovely terrace. The kitchen and bathroom are tired and the towels and bed linens should be replaced.

Lovely stay in centre of alicante

Well located apartment with lots of nice restaurants and bars in easy reach. Beach and museums not far away either. Roof terrace was a great sun trap. Kitchen was well equipped too. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thanks.

Comfortable apartment with big terrace

The spacious flat has everything you need, is very comfortable, communications were excellent, lovely terrace, and seemingly a short walk everywhere. It's even got beach chairs and a parasol!

Perfect location!

We stayed three weeks and we felt at home here. Tons of good restaurants an easy walk away. Esperanza gave us many great suggestions and was very helpful in organizing our trip. A tip for light sleepers, you should run a white noise app for sleeping as night as the nearby restaurants and bars party into the morning. “Airplane” on the White Noise App worked perfectly and we slept very soundly once we used that.

Beautiful rooftop penthouse

This is an amazing apartment. Everything you could want for a great holiday in Alicante. Close to harbour beach and old town and not forgetting the best supermarket in town (Mercadona) and the amazing market just 5 minutes away. Carmen was more than helpful and kind as was the host Esperanza. We will definitely be booking again. 5 stars all round

Great Time I’m Alicante

Great location. Very big apartment. Everything you need is there to cook if you wish. Washer/Dryer combo was a small challenge for us until we found the booklet in top drawer of tall dresser in bedroom. So close to everything in the old town. Highly recommend this place. Second bedroom is ok for children or maybe 1 adult. Don’t let it slip away from you if you are considering it.

Great apartment, great location, great host

Stayed for 11 days... Very comfortable apartment. Very good cross ventilation to keep comfortable but with AC if needed. When at the apartment we spent most of our time on the veranda. The kitchen is well stocked, though we only used the refrigerator, freezer, and some glasses. This apartment is central to dozens of restaurants, so we chose to explore the many options instead of cooking. 15 minute walk to the beach. There were two trolleys, chairs, mats, and umbrellas provided. We used them everyday. If we return to Alicante, we will certainly stay here again.

A Gem in the Heart of Alicante

The apartment was perfect for an extended stay in every way. Centrally located, it was in close proximity to the esplanade and beach, a huge variety of restaurants, and shops of all descriptions. Communication with the owner, Esperanza, was highly detailed and virtually immediate throughout the whole process. Likewise, communication with Carmen, who greeted us upon arrival was unfailingly swift and very helpful. We both felt a great deal of care and consideration was given to ensure that our stay was simply a great experience. Without any doubt, we would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again as it truly did feel like a home away from home. Thank you so much Esperanza and Carmen!

Great town centre apartment with excellent terrace

Spacious apartment, well equipped in a central location. Everything close by and a short walk to the beach/prom. The terrace is a really great space and is a bonus in a city centre property. Easy bus transfer to/from airport on C6 from Avenida Alfonso el Sabio next to the Mercado and less than 10 minute walk to the apartment. Another good facility is the Netflix/Amazon access if you want to chill down with a movie and Wi-Fi connection is very good. Finally, host Esperanza was so helpful and very quick to reply to any questions, and we received a lovely welcome from Carmen who explained everything to us on arrival.

The apartment is on the top floor of a block in Calle Bazan; it has a lovely terrace overlooking the street behind. There is a lift. The block is a mid of mostly businesses with a few residential flats. We never heard any noise from neighbours. Others commented that it can be a little noisy on the street at night - it is true that the area is absolutely full of restaurants and bars. On Saturday night it was (as you would expect) a little noisy but nothing to cause us any disturbances and no more than you would find staying in such a central location in any city centre. There are stacks of excellent restaurants within moments. The flat feels spacious and the main bedroom and living room have efficient air conditioning. The flat was clean and well equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are a little old fashioned in style but both perfectly fine and serviceable. Would stay here again without hesitation. Everything you could possibly want or need is on the doorstep. Fab market with wonderful local produce and the tram stop and airport bus stop (C6) only 5 mins walk ; the beach not more than 10 mins. Old town again only 5mins walks. Plenty of supermarkets within 5-10mins. Would recommend this property.

Home from home in city centre.

The location of this apartment could not be better. It is literally no more than a 10 minute flat walk to virtually everything you might want to visit. You are in the heart of the old town with endless bars and restaurants to choose from and magnificent shopping on the doorstep. The fabulous Promenade is 5 minutes away. The apartment is on the 7th floor facing mostly East and directly towards the castle. Wonderful view especially at sunrise. There is a lift! The apartment is spacious and cosy. It does not have the feeling of the usual rental property, more like someone's home with a lot of personal adornments and touches. The kitchen is very good with a view over the city to the sea. The bedroom is large and spacious with plenty of storage ( and hangers) and some attractive vintage furniture. Comfy bed.The bathroom is perfectly functional with a very small bath and shower over. There is a lovely spacious balcony from the lounge with table and chairs and loungers. One smaller bedroom completes the accommodation.All in all we were delighted with this rather homely apartment. It is not minimalist contemporary like so many these days and may be a little tired in places but we would definitely book here again for it's location and it's welcoming ambience. Very helpful owner and manager.

A great place to stay!

Our experience at this apartment was 9/10! The communication with the host, Esperanza, was terrific, as was our check-in experience with Carmen. The apartment is bright and sunny and roomy, with a beautiful large terrace with dining table for 4, plus two sun loungers with cushions. It has a magnificent view of the Santa Barbara castle and a little peek of the sea as well. The only thing to mention is that the terrace faces onto one of the busiest streets in Alicante for dining and nightlife, and can be loud at night, however the main bedroom is at the other end of the apartment and is fairly quiet for sleeping. There was some condiments (oil, salt, pepper) in the apartment and dish soap and shampoos but you will have to buy your own laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. and there were only 2 garbage bags provided. But it was fine for 2 adults for a 1-week stay. And we appreciated having a washer/dryer machine inside. The host also left us a nice small bottle of white wine which we really loved. The only reason for my 9/10 rating vs 10/10 is that if you use the Air Conditioner in the living room, you have to be sure to empty the bucket (on the terrace) which collects the water dripping from the AC hose, so that was a bit of an inconvenience, but it didn’t ruin our stay by any means. We had a wonderful time enjoying the apartment and we really appreciated the great communication with the host (Esperanza) and the greeter (Carmen). We definately recommend staying here!

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement d'Esperanza. Nous avons été accueilli par Carmen qui est une personne très agréable et chaleureuse. L'appartement est très propre, très bonne literie, très bien équipé, très belle et grande terrasse avec transats. L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville entouré de nombreux restaurants et bars, le quartier est très animé. La plage est à environ 10 minutes à pied ainsi que le bus pour l'aéroport (C6), tout est à proximité, pas besoin de voiture. Un grand merci à Esperanza pour le cadeau de bienvenue. Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir à Alicante ce sera un grand plaisir de retourner dans cet appartement. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Geweldig terras, in de winter zon tot 13.30 in februari.

Wel gedateerd appartement, maar alles is aanwezig. Douchen in het kleine bad, waar ook een antislipmatje in ligt. Goeie grote handdoeken, bedverschoning was ook klaargelegd. Boodschappenkarretje om naar de supermarkt te gaan, die is niet ver weg. Direct om de hoek begint een wandelstraatje vol met bars en restaurantjes. In het weekend ongekend druk met jongelui, dan is er wel veel herrie maar het appartement is op de 7e verdieping, de 2p slaapkamer ligt aan de zijkant van het gebouw, dus de herrie is daar veel minder. De airco werkt ook perfect als CV. Ook goeie wifi in de woonkamer. Ik raad dit appartement absoluut aan.
