Great apartment.

The apartment was very well equipped, clean, warm and in good condition. The space was good and certainly had everything we needed. The owners were really easy to contact and very helpful. Plenty of car parking and location was great for us. Very close to Flegere lifts, only a few bars and restaurants close but very good. 15/20 minute walk in to town or the bus stop is 3 minutes away. Had a great time and would highly recommend.

These were the facts of our experience: 1.No agent to meet us and go through the property or checklist with us the key was left under the mat. 2. Kitchen cutlery very old. Kitchen equipment very old and in poor state of repair with the oven handle unscrewed and came off after opening the oven the first time, leaving us with no oven for the week. 3. The shower drainage is problematic, taking at least 45 minutes to drain after a person showers. 4. No assistance on checkout, or signing off on checklist. Having cleaned the apartment were charged a FULL cleaning fee. Completely unethical. Would not recommend the property based on the above.

Très bon séjour aux Praz : appartement petit mais très pratique et la terrasse avec la vue magnifique sur la chaîne du Mont blanc est un vrai atout. Électroménager neuf. Literie confortable. Très bien situé au bord de la promenade au bord de l'Arve, à 30 mn du centre de Chamonix et très proche de l'arrêt de bus. Très bonnes relations avec la propriétaire. Une bonne adresse !

The flat was small but comfortable, with great views and everything we needed for our stay.

The property manager was excellent, meeting us right away after our late arrival. Les Praz is beautiful and quiet compared to Chamonix central. The apartment is located near (close walking distance) a bakery, shops, restaurants, cafe and the Flegere cable car. Serge was responsive and up front regarding costs and other useful information. We would stay there again.

Location très bien située, au calme, belle vue du séjour, avec tout le nécessaire.

Au coeur de l'été 2017, nous avons apprécié la localisation, à 20min à pieds du centre par un sentier de sous-bois; départs pour les randos à pieds, ou par le bus, ou le train à 5 min. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la location, c'est un quartier très calme, et du séjour ou de la petite terrasse, on a une très belle vue sur le Mont-Blanc et l'Aiguille du Midi. Nous reviendrons à l'occasion!

Peaceful apartment in the woods

A wonderfully peaceful apartment in the edge of the woods about 20 minutes walk from Chamonix. Has a lovely porch that catches the sun and has a magnificent view of Mont Blanc - very good place to down a few beers and relax. Inside apartment is old but in very good condition. Has W/M and fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood by the river, about 5 min bike ride/20 min walk from town center. The apartment is clean, well furnished & with a well stocked kitchen. The views from the patio are amazing, with Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks in full sight. Perfect 1 bedroom apt for 2 people. There is a sofa bed as well. The owners are very accommodating & kind. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is situated in les Praz ,just 10 minutes from Chamonix town but only 5minutes walk to the cable car at Flegere which is great.Flegere also connects with Brevant so the ski resorts are linked. The bus services linking les Praz to other ski resorts is reliable and very regular so Les Praz is a good location.The Apartment is well equipped ,tidy and warm with patio doors opening out on to a small terrace.The shower is modern and very good which was great at the end of a long days skiing. The location is quiet and private and away from the main road .I would definitely book this apartment again and found the owners to be very friendly and helpful.

Un accueil très chaleureux avec de bons conseils pour le déroulement de notre séjour. Le logement est spacieux et très confortable. Ouvrir les rideaux au petit matin et se trouver face au mont blanc c'est superbe! Un dépaysement total durant cet agréable séjour. Je recommande aux vacanciers qui souhaitent passer du bon temps à Chamonix, de louer cet appartement. Une belle balade s'offre à vous pour accéder à pied au centre ville, pour ceux qui préfèrent se faire transporter, de nombreuses navettes sont disponibles gratuitement grâce à la gentillesse des propriétaires. Je conseil à 100% cette location. En ce qui nous concerne, nous avons été ravis, alors à une prochaine fois!!!
