Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing southeast with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.



The ground floor consists of an open area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, connected through big glass sliding doors to a covered terrace, and a seperate bedroom area with two twin beds and a private bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of the main bedroom with a king size bed, a complete private bathroom and direct access to a solarium terrace. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden and a private, heated swimming pool.



Top quality materials have been used for its construction, including stone walls. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private parking space for one vehicle, included in the price. It also has access to a bigger swimming pool for common use by the surrounding villas. The golf resort urbanization is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurants, and two complete golf courses. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.

De villa is mooi en schoon. Omgeving echt prachtig en heerlijk rustig. Agentschap keurig netjes en aardig, wij mochten eerder in de villa en ook op de dag van vertrek was het geen probleem om nog langer te blijven, zeer blij mee! Enige minpuntje is de uitrusting van de keuken en wat ik zelf zou veranderen is het licht, dit is nu wit en koud

Outstanding Locaiton

The villa was perfect for a couple two good bedrooms and big bathrooms. There was a few issues with Aircon and the pool was poorly maintained. The property Manager Heni was very helpful when i had issues. It was not warm so aircon was not needed one night it was very hot of the whole week but the Aircon kept tripping on the mains. This was never fixed the time we where there. The pool was very dirty was told it was cleaned but the same bugs i saw previous was still there, They also have a cockroach issue from a hole in the bedroom wardrobe they all come out of i killed around 6 . Luckily they only come out at night but early morning i could see them all running back up the stairs. The Villa only has one shower which is not in the ensuite waste really no one used the ensuite only to use the loo. Overall good stay great TV with all the apps wifi was good and villa was spotless. The location is good if you have a car. Otherwise it's £14-20 euro a time in a taxt to Maspalomas or Melonaras.
