Fully detached semi-detached villa located in a panoramic position with direct views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Gulf of Asinara. The Villa is located inside the Residence "Stintino Country Paradise", a tourist complex complete with all services at the gates of Stintino with its wonderful beaches.

The accommodation:

INTERIOR: The Villa includes 2 double bedrooms (in one of the 2 bedrooms it is possible to request 2 single beds instead of the double one), 1 bedroom with a single bed as well as a large living room with a sofa bed. The fully furnished living room has a fireplace, an extendable table, sideboard and TV cabinet with satellite decoder and cable TV. There is also a trolley with a Nespresso coffee machine and a machine for making ice cubes. The kitchenette is separate from the living room and is equipped with fridge, oven, hob and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning is present in all indoor environments while the washing machine is located in a storage room outside the house. At guests' disposal there are also iron and ironing board.

OUTDOORS: Private garden and swimming pool with maximum privacy. The house has a double veranda, one front with sea view furnished with table and chairs and one rear with illuminated barbecue area and outdoor shower. Throughout the outdoor area there is a video surveillance system which can be deactivated at the request of guests for the duration of the stay.
