The apartment is located in a villa immersed in the tranquility of the Elban countryside, within an olive grove, not far from the sea and essential services.
The apartment is studied in detail and equipped with kitchen with oven and freezer, bathroom with shower, double bedroom plus a single bed, and sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is of the double bed type, with a thick mattress, they become 2 real, single and comfortable beds, which can be combined to make a double bed, or used separately.
The total number of beds is 5, on request a cot can be added. Air conditioning in the bedroom.
