A ground floor apartment within 5 minutes walk of Keswick.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electricity, gas, bed linen and towels included. Cot available.. Private parking for 1 car. Visit England 3 Star. No smoking.. Helvellyn House, as the name implies, was formerly a single dwelling which has latterly been converted into two apartments. This is the ground floor apartment which is an added benefit for guests with walking difficulties.

It is within 5 minutes level walk of Keswick town centre and Fitz Park and has the luxury in Keswick of a private parking space.

The property has been upgraded with replacement double glazed windows in all the rooms, in addition to full Wi-Fi coverage, comfortable leather sofas and a wide screen TV with DVD player and iPod dock.

A great apartment for a stay in Keswick.

A great apartment for a stay in Keswick. We are a family with 2 teenage (18 & 14) boys and found it plenty big enough. Clean comfy and well equipped overall. We did find the mattresses a little soft for us but that’s our own preference. We had rain most days (it is the Lakes!!) but had the room to dry out. We will hopefully be back soon. Thank you! Great Base for North Lakes

Located a stone's throw from the town centre, the property is well placed. The kitchen appears to have just been renewed. The double bedroom is noticeably colder than the rest of the property so extra bedding would be required in winter. There's an off road car parking space which is needed due to street parking being so congested. Overall, a pleasant facility in a central location.
