It was our second time at Field Cottage and again we had a lovely time.
It was our second time at Field Cottage and again we had a lovely time. Jude is very welcoming (obviously in a socially distanced way!) and the cottage meets all our, and our dogs', needs. The local area has some great dog (and people) walking, and some good pubs for a drink or bite to eat afterwards. The cottage itself is so peaceful, and we saw deer and bats on more than one evening which was lovely. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a lovely stay in Field Cottage with our two dogs and it was perfect for us.
We had a lovely stay in Field Cottage with our two dogs and it was perfect for us. The cottage itself has lots of character and is very private and secluded with a large secure garden. It was well placed for exploring the local area, which is beautiful with beaches, woodland and heaths. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend (especially if you have dogs).

We are a family of seven who stayed for a long weekend in Field Cottage.
We are a family of seven who stayed for a long weekend in Field Cottage. It was adequately equipped and there was plenty of space, it never appeared cramped. The garden is a good size overlooking the field which in July was full of butterflies, at dusk we sat outside and watched the bats flying about. The en-suite shower was always hot. The cottage is in a lovely quiet location and very private. There are no local amenities however we were aware of this and it wasn’t a problem. It’s convenient for getting to Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Orford which is a short drive away. Excellent place to stay if you’re taking a dog.

Lovely dog friendly cottage surrounded by fields and forests.
Lovely dog friendly cottage surrounded by fields and forests. House was well kept and comfortable and the garden is a great size! Location is quite remote, which is perfect if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. Highly recommend.
