Welcome to GONE COASTAL, our home away from home! Our unit offers amazing views to the south of crescent beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Recently renovated with granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances, new sectional sofa that includes a sleeper with a memory foam mattress, new twin bedroom furniture that also includes memory foam mattresses, 3 large flatscreen TVs connected to Blue Ray DVD players. Games, books, and DVD's are included for your pleasure. All new microwave, toaster, dishes, glasses, blender, mixer, silverware, pots and pans, all towels and linens and a coffee maker. For your convenience we have also included: iron, ironing board and 2 blow dryers.

Other extras include: 8 beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, football, volleyball, wiffle ball and bat, and 4 noodles. The lanai has chairs, tables, and a lounge chair. We also have free high speed internet service available in the condo. Tennis courts, Pickleball courts, and shuffle board are available within the complex. An exercise gym is available on the first floor of tower 1.

Marco Island is our favorite place to relax and enjoy life! We have been coming to the island since 1984. There is something for everyone to do on the island. Shelling at low tide towards Tigertail beach is some of the best in the world. People love to spend their time going fishing, cruising, jet skiing, parasailing, and boating while on the island. There are an infinite number of golf courses in Naples available for you to play and a driving range about 4 miles on the right on 951. Fun single day excursions include a boat trip to Key West on The Key West Express, an Airboat tour of the Everglades, shopping in Naples on 5th Avenue or at the Miramar Outlets in Fort Myers, Naples Zoo, Caribbean Garden, Tin City, or a visit to the shell museum on Sanibel Island.

On island entertainment includes the Marco Movies where you can enjoy good food and enjoy a glass of wine or a beer during the movie. Live bands play at the Snook Inn, Stilts, and at CJ'S. Little Bar in Goodland about 12 minutes down San Marco Road also has live entertainment and good food. Marco Island has an abundance of amazing restaurants from fine dining to pizza to fast food. Some of our favorite restaurants are: Chop 239, Mangos, CJ'S, Marco Island Brewery, Arturos, Joey's Pizza, the all you can eat seafood buffet at the Hilton, Fin Bistro and the Italian Deli and Market. Great breakfast places are: Suzies, Hoots, and Doreen's Cup of Joe. If you are looking to buy and prepare your own seafood, Paradise Seafood on the island is great. If you drive to Goodland, about 12 minutes down San Marco Road, Kirk Fish Company has amazing prices and one of the best jumbo lump crab cakes that you will eat.They make them for you ready to take home and cook. I do not say this lightly since I'm used to my crabs coming from the Chesapeake Bay!

There are many churches to choose from to visit during your stay such as: San Marco Catholic, New Life Community, Marco Presbyterian, Wesley Methodist and Marco Lutheran Church.

Marco Island beaches have been rated as high as number 1 in the U.S for their always cool, soft, white sand, to the mesmerizing crystal blue waters. It is a vacationer's dream! Our beautifully decorated condo has access to a balcony from all three rooms with a view of the crescent beach and the city lights at night. There is no better place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine while you take in the view.

The heated pool is located to the right as you enter our building where you can relax, meet new friends, play, swim laps, or take water aerobics. As you leave the pool you will walk along a boardwalk to the tremendous white sand beaches of Marco Island.

No smoking in or outside of the unit.

No pets allowed per South Seas rules.

About Sandra and John Marshall

We are a family of 5 from Richmond, Virginia. My husband grew up in Richmond, Va. and I grew up in Wilson, North Carolina. We have been coming to Marco island every year since 1984 and sometimes several times a year. There is no place we would rather spend our time together as a family. We have watched our children grow up on Marco Island and have enjoyed seeing their love continue to be present for this magical place even as adults and teenagers.

Why Sandra and John Marshall chose Marco Island

Why did we buy in Marco Island? It was love at first sight since 1984. Spending at least a week here for the last 32 years, Marco Island has become a part of our life. The laid back atmosphere, the beautiful beaches, clear blue water, always cool white sand, amazing shelling, magnificent sunrises and sunsets along with everything else makes it a place that will grab your heart! You may ask what took us so long to buy property on Marco Island, the answer is simple, we have three daughters!

What makes this condo unique

We chose South Seas because we love the property and its beautifully maintained grounds. The incredible views from our condo made the choice of where to buy a simple task. Tower 1, where our unit is located, is the closest to the Gulf of Mexico out of the four towers in the complex. We love to play tennis, pickleball, and go shelling. South Seas provides the closest walk to the best shelling on the island. Another bonus of owning in South Seas is that it is in a gated community so you will always feel safe and secure. Being able to rent a boat slip within the complex itself, also made it appealing to us. We have stayed at pretty much every gulf front resort on the island and South Seas has always drawn us back, time and time again!

Wow! This condo was clean and the view was spectacular! The colors in the rooms where fresh and the decorations had a beach feel. I really enjoyed the location so close to Tiger Tail Beach. As a shell collector, the shells are remarkable. The condo is close to the beach but there were days that I also enjoyed the pool. It was clean and well attended. I have enjoyed traveling to Marco Island for several vacations over the last 10 years. This condo has been my favorite place to stay! The newly renovated design was fresh and inviting. I enjoy spending a lot of time at the beach but when in the condo, I also enjoy cooking. The kitchen was well supplied with pans, pots, knives etc. and appliances where modern and clean. Sometimes when I travel, I find it difficult to sleep when it isn't my personal bed. I did not have that problem here. The bed was so comfortable, I liked it better than my own. The televisions provided in the living room area and bedrooms were state of the art. I was able to watch Netflix and catch up on some of my binge watching. The television in the living room area was great for watching sporting events, too. One of my favorite activities at the end of the day was to enjoy a glass of wine and read a book on the lanai. There was plenty of space and seats. I particularly enjoyed the lounge chairs and the view!

This is a gated community which gives me the feeling of security. It is a very safe area and I found myself enjoying walks and bike rides throughout the island. I also enjoy playing pickle ball. The group accepts beginners and plays regular each morning. It was a great way to get exercise and meet others.

Overall, this condo was super! In the future, this is the place I want to stay when visiting Marco Island. I highly recommend it to all of my friends when they inquire about possible vacation stays. You will enjoy your stay here!
