About this property

New Luxury Cottage in Muskoka that blends new finishes with a cottage feel

This cottage is located on a private island with bridge access in beautiful Port Severn. Set among st the charming tree lined shore of Gloucester Pool lake, this stunning cottage sleeps 13 comfortably. We offer direct access to the water and the most breathtaking view of a Port Severn sunset all year long.

The cottage sits on 1.8 acres with very pretty large trees and over 180 ft of shoreline.

The cottage is within a short drive to local small shops/restaurants and is within 20 min to larger towns with full grocery. If you like Ice Cream, you have to visit the Ice Breaker ice cream shop in Port Severn which is actually on a renovated boat. The Grill is a great stop for casual waterfront dining. Breakfast, lunch or dinner you wont be disappointed by the food or view.

The Main floor of this cottage has cathedral ceilings, open plan living room with large fireplace and kitchen with a large granite island and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and beverage centre).

Cottage sleeps 10-13 in 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom offers King bed with ensuite bathroom and walk out to deck with lake view. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom comes with double/twin bunk bed. The upstairs loft guest suite sleeps 6, with a queen, double and 2 singles and 3 piece bathroom.

There is a Games room upstairs with a large screen TV, billiards table, Foosball and board games. It also includes a Wii U and an PlayStation 3 so you or your kids can bring your own games!.

We have a large outdoor deck both front and back of the cottage to sit and enjoy all that surrounds you. If you are lucky you may receive a visit from our local beaver, he loves to sunbathe on our rocks.

Our Muskoka room is a great place to relax, read a book, have a drink or meal and just enjoy yourself. We also offer a BBQ for your use.

Gloucester Pool is known for its great fishing and our family and friends have caught lots of great fish right off the dock and shoreline.

Cottage rental comes with a canoe, pedal boat, kayaks and swimming platform.

Rental rate assumes a maximum of 10 guests. Additional guests will include a fee.

Cottage is protected with security cameras provided by Huronia Security, Minimum age requirement of 35 for cottage rental.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Security cameras provided at the Drive way, front and back of cottage for safety and security, Minimum age requirement of 35.
Garbage must be sorted according to the County guidelines, if not sorted properly a $100 disposal fee will be charged to the guest.
For safety we ask that no glass be used outside the cottage, please bring beer cans not bottles if at all possible. We provide plastic cups.

The cottage was very well appointed with great options for relaxing both inside and outside and in all kinds of weather. The location was convenient for access to local shopping and nice and quiet at night. Beds were comfortable which was great for our family recharge.

The property is very beautiful and large. There is several areas to gather with friends indoor and outdoor. Pretty surroundings. Lovely fire pit and view of the lake. The house itself is wonderful, well laid out, and offers plenty of space for everyone—our kids especially loved the bunk room! The host was also very responsive throughout our stay. However, potential guests should know that the property is located in a high-traffic area for boats. Despite low speed limits, many boats ignore the rules, creating constant wakes. Because of this, we didn't feel comfortable letting our children swim, and paddleboarding/kayaking was quite difficult. If you're content relaxing in the yard and watching the boats go by, it’s a great spot. However, I wouldn't recommend it for families with kids who plan on swimming or spending time in the water.

Had an amazing time ringing in the new year at this Port Severn rental. Some great sledding and hiking within driving distance, a wood burning fireplace or hot-tub to keep warm, and some very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Unforgettable stay, and highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at the cottage! The fall colors around the property were absolutely beautiful, and the cozy setup made it the perfect autumn getaway.
