HUGE disappointment 😞
This was such a disappointment, it boarded on insulting. The size of the room I was led to was literally the size of a closet. The single bed just barely fit, and a double bed would not have fit. I could touch one side of the room to the other by stretching my arms out.
The floor creaked everywhere I stepped, the lock on the door was more for show than functionality, and the fact that I was only to discover AFTER arriving that cooking was not allowed was the final straw for me.
I couldn't even take all my luggage to my room because it wouldn't fit. This place should not be allowed to charge money for a stay, it's an insult to VRBO, and to honest good natured people such as myself.
Finally, after being there no more than an hour they messaged me to tell me if I wanted to rebook, I could do so directly with them to avoid paying VRBO a fee.
Stay clear of this host!!

Thanks for your review. I understand the room is not big but it is more than enough for a comfortable stay for a single person and it is the standard size of a single room in London houses which we cant change the size. Also when you brought 2 huge suitcases and a 50 inch TV obviously there is no space in the room for you to do exercise too.
You would have booked a studio flat for the amount of stuff you brought
Also I have 2 double rooms and you would have booked one of those without complaining paying more.
You pay the least and expect world full of facilities in a single room in London just for £40.
First understand you stay in a family house and not in a Hotel
So I don't accept your bogus review as I have been renting my room nearly 10 years and have more than 500 reviews.
It has a very comfortable Bed, TV, A laptop table and Wardrobe.
So in future don't book any single room as we cant change the London houses infrastructure and be careful with your fake statements.
