About this property

Typical rural house of the XIX century, renovated in 2006, located in the mountain in the valley of Soba (Cantabria) bordering the valley of Carranza (Basque Country).
The house is composed of 5 individual apartments that share a large living room on the ground floor with bathroom and outside barbecue and common garden area.
Perfect for families, groups of friends, vacations or getaways to rest and enjoy the tranquility.

This apartment has a sloping roof with good height and 3 "Velux" windows in the ceiling. It consists of spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and three bedrooms. One of the rooms has a bed of 150cms and the second room has three beds of 90cms.

Como en casa... No nos queríamos marchar!

Estuvimos con mi mujer y mis dos hijos del 10 al 18 de Agosto... Fue de maravilla... la casa es perfecta, sobretodo los apartamentos con balcón... tiene todo lo necesario. Rafa y su mujer son muy atentos y siempre están cuando los necesitas. Mi hijo pequeño disfrutó de la casa tanto como del futbolín!! Y bueno el entorno es magnifico... tanto para visitar el valle como para visitar toda Cantabría que es lo que nosotros hicimos... Una elección fenomenal... recomendamos a todo el mundo la casa!

Muy recomendable

Pasamos unos días estupendos. El equipamiento perfecto,todo prácticamente nuevo, las vistas maravillosas y Rafa y Sara siempre muy atentos y amables. Lo único malo no haber podido pasar más días allí, se nos hizo muy corto. Habrá que volver con nuestra futura hija!!

excelente fin de semana

hemos pasado el fin de semana del 14-15-16 de julio en la casa. Encantadora. El apartamento muy sencillo pero muy practico. La terracita para desayunar genial. Y el trato con el dueño encantador tanto el como su hijo. Ademas tengo que dar las gracias por dejarnos tener una mascota tan peculiar. Seguro que volveremos en otra ocasion. Ademas esta a 37 km de laredo por una buena carretera. Gracias

Recomendable 200%

Son unos apartamentos rurales muy bien equipados a los que no les falta detalle (secador de pelo, tostador, lavadora, menaje) El entorno es muy bonito y con unas vistas preciosas. Para escapar unos días de la rutina, respirar aire puro, visitar cuevas, dar paseos o hacer senderismo es muy recomendable. Tranquilidad total. La playa a 25 minutos en coche en Laredo. Puedes ir y aparcar sin problema. La familia que forman Rafa y Sara, hacen que el sitio sea completo. Son muy amables, buena gente, te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa. Te indican donde comer, qué visitar, se conocen la zona. Una estancia muy agradable, cómoda y venimos muy contentos. Un Abrazo de Maribel y Raúl de Madrid.

Volveremos

Acabamos de estar 8 días en la Barcenilla. Era la primera vez que visitábamos la zona y por lo tanto, la primera vez que hemos estado en este apartamento rural. La experiencia ha sido totalmente positiva; tanto por la casa, como por el entorno lleno de posibilidades paisajísticas, históricas y desde luego gastronómicas y sobre todo por el trato amable, educado y acogedor de Rafa y su mujer Sara. La relación calidad/precio muy buena. Esta estancia en la Barcenilla , pasa a nuestra particular libreta de viajes con una puntuación muy buena. Esto significa que cuando las circunstancias lo propicien ..... ¡ volveremos!. Rafa, Sara y Oscar , desde Barcelona os mandamos un afectuoso abrazo. José y Virginia
