Bright and spacious Penthouse apartment in a desirable complex of Praia da Luz, St James within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) this place can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The living-room and the 2 bedrooms are facing south with balconies with sea view and pool view to enjoy the wonderful weather of Algarve. The building has a lift and the apartment is accessible for people with limited mobility. This property offers Wi-Fi, TV Satellite channels, linen and towels. The complex has 2 large pleasant common swimming pools for adults and children surrounded by beautiful gardens and a children playground. The amazing city of Lagos is only 10 minutes drive away, Sagres a known surf spot and the west coast where you can still find wild wonderful beaches are only 30 minutes away. Golfers will find here a perfect spot as in the area several Golf courses can be founded, such as Palmares, Boavista, Parque da Floresta, Espiche or Penina. Well equipped apartment with great views

A very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything we needed for our weeks holiday. Being on the top floor the view across the pool and on to the sea was really good and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a number of main meals. We could not work out how to use the TV to get English channels but why go on holiday to watch TV! We have stayed in a number of apartments in Luz over the years and I think St James is about the best. It has very easy parking without having to contend with underground garages and is only 10 minutes into the heart of Luz and the beach so has the advantage of being out of the noise of the main town but easy to walk to restaurants. The pools looked great but rather too cold for us to swim in early April. Would definitely return.

Apartamento na Luz.

Apartamento em condomínio fechado com duas piscinas centrais que fazem as delícias dos mais pequenos. Zona muito calma, se for mesmo para descansar é o sítio ideal. Localiza-se em localidade pequena onde se pode fazer tudo a pé comodamente.

Happy November Holiday!

Had a lovely week in the apartment with lovely views from the sheltered balcony of the sea and the Black Rock. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean and tidy. Excellent communication with the owner. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Thanks for an easy booking , check in & check out process. Great communication direct with owner . The apartment was spotlessly clean with all the amenities for four adults . Having stayed in several other apartments in St James’s complex & in Luz , on several different occasions this is the best apartment. Luz , the beaches , restaurants , cafes & bars are all excellent. We all had a wonderful week & will be back . Thanks

love the city! your apartment was wonderful and the views over the ocean were good. i can understand that supplying towels can be an issue for you. letting renters know in advance of their coming to the apartment would be helpful. we did appredciate your coming to the apartment to help iron our the idiosyncrasies of the washing machine and water system again, we really appreciate the rental and the city Jerry

Thanks for your comment Jerry. We did supply the towels but we don't change them every day. I told the maid you only stayed 3 nights, she didn't know you wanted her to change the towels during your stay. You should have let me know it. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Fantastic views

Great apartment, had a fabulous time, everything you need is there, lovely view to wake up to in the morning, nice and peaceful. Plenty of parking spaces, supermarket down the road, half a dozen bars open even during the quiet season. Thanks for everything, back home now and depressed 😀
