Charming fisherman's house, completely renovated, nestled in a small quiet street in the Beaurivage district, 50 m from the cliff overlooking the beach of the CĂŽte des Basques. It includes a large living room, equipped with Wi-Fi, extended by an alcove (housing a sofa for one person) with fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, traditional oven, fridge-freezer, etc ..) A bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and separate WC and
a second bedroom with double bed extended by a shower room and separate WC The modern furniture enhanced with some English mahogany furniture, the exposed beams of the living room and the refined decoration give this home full of light a warm atmosphere. The wooden shutters, the beautiful single-storey south-facing terrace and the small enclosed garden with Mediterranean plants provide privacy. A good size garage solves the parking problem. . .Rents are made from Saturday to Saturday.
Linen (sheets, towels ...) can be provided at a rate of 30 euros for a bed occupied by 2 people or 20 euros for a bed occupied by 1 person on request and adjustable at the entrance to the premises

Lovely and stylish

Lovely house, beautifully furnished and equipped. Fantastic location, minutes from the beach and restaurants and an easy walk to the town centre and old port. Despite some dodgy weather (storms and high humidity) we really enjoyed our time in Biarritz.

Das Haus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet ( Wasch- und SpĂŒlmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle usw. ), mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen und einem kleinen Bad mit 2 Toiletten, einem großzĂŒgigen, offenen Wohn-KĂŒchenbereich und einem idyllischen, sonnigen Hof. Es liegt extrem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße in einem schönen Wohnviertel zwischen Plage Marbella und Plage de la Cote des Basques. Nach nur einer Minute Fußmarsch hat man einen herrlichen Blick von der SteilkĂŒste auf das Meer und die Cote des Basques. Ein BĂ€cker und ein Surfshop sind ebenfalls nur eine Gehminute entfernt, fĂŒnf Minuten weiter gibt es einen kleinen Carrefour-Supermarkt, bei dem man sich mit Allem versorgen kann und nach zehn Minuten Fußweg ist man an einem der besagten StrĂ€nde. Da zu dem Haus eine eigene Garage gehört fĂ€llt die Parkplatzsuche komplett weg, was in den Straßen von Biarritz ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist der sehr, sehr angenehme Kontakt und Empfang der wirklich sehr netten Vermieterin, vielen Dank, Madame Dumora! Wir haben dort ĂŒber Ostern als vierköpfige Familie zehn wunderschöne Tage verbracht.

Belle découverte de Biarritz

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Biarritz. La maison correspond bien Ă  l’annonce. TrĂšs joliment meublĂ©e et trĂšs agrĂ©able malgrĂ© la canicule. Le quartier est trĂšs calme et proche des plages et de la ville. Le garage est top pour la voiture et on y trouve qq trĂ©sors tels que parasol, natte pour la plage. Gracy est trĂšs accueillante et bienveillante. Seul bĂ©mol, les 2 lits de 140cm, un peu Ă©troit, spĂ©cialement pour la chambre parentale. On peut sans autre recommander cette maison.

Nous avons adoré y séjourner. L'environnement, l'accueil, la proximité (mer; centre de Thalasso; restaurant), la maison et sa tranquillité, le confort et un parking ( non négligeable). Gracy, la propriétaire est absolument charmante et bienveillante. Les yeux fermés.

ideal spot

Gracy was super-responsive to our (few) questions and otherwise invisible. When we did connect, my wife and I loved chatting and getting to know her. The house was perfect for us and we hosted two family members for several days. The location is just above the Cote des Basques (one street back) and just steps from the bakery, a wine shop, a surf shop, a great Basque restaurant, and easy access to town. Also — she has a garage which is a prime item in Biarritz in general, helping to avoid many parking fees. Thank you Gracy, and I look forward to the next stay!

La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et joliment décorée. Tous les produits ménagers sont mis à disposition, ainsi que les filtres à café, rien ne manque ! Lovely property in a great location

We stayed with two friends and the property was just perfect for us. In a great location to walk into town or to the beaches, with nice rooms and a lovely outside space. It worked really well for us. GroßzĂŒgiges Ferienhaus nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer

Wir haben dieses Haus mit 2 Paaren genutzt.Es war gut geeignet,da die Bereiche gut getrennt waren und zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein Bad gehörte.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet,nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer,bei Ebbe auch ein recht breiter Strand.Die Vermieterin spricht Englisch und kam zur SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe vorbei,sie war sehr nett.Es gibt eine Garage,ansonsten ist das Parken in der engen Straße nicht so einfach.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit prachtige vissershuis. Het is met veel smaak ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De ligging is perfect: vlakbij de kust, het strand en het centrum van Biarritz en toch heerlijk rustig. Het heeft een fijne, besloten tuin. De eigenaresse is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze heeft er plezier in de gasten een warm welkom te heten. Het contact vooraf was al vlot en zeer vriendelijk. Wij komen graag hier terug.
