BEAUTIFUL WHOLE HOUSE WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS AND VERY GOOD LOCATION

Entire house with beautiful views and an excellent location. Fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation an unforgettable memory. You will find rest, relaxation and fun. Near the sea and the mountains. 1.5 km from one of the most touristy and extensive beaches in Asturias, Playa de Salinas, which is linked to that of San Juan. Together they have 3 km of sand dunes to walk or enjoy a swim.
At 500 m. from the house is the city of Piedras Blancas., with ambulatory, pharmacies. supermarkets ... with a lot of local life. This city invites you to stroll or just sit on one of its many terraces.

The house has Wiffi, adjustable heating, iron, washing machine, medicine cabinet and fire extinguishers.
 ROOMS: 3 bedrooms with a 1.35x1.90 bed. Nordic. 2 individual pillows, blankets and set of sheets. One of the rooms with tv. Cot possible
LIVING ROOM: Large living room with fireplace. And dining table. Tv with free pay channels and home cinema

The house has very good communication. At 600 m. buses and train. 6 km from Asturias airport.
We will leave you plans and we will advise you on the places that you can visit, as well as
 the places where you can eat very good value for money. As well as those who can enjoy Asturian gastronomy
If you want to use the fireplace, we will leave you the firewood and everything you need to use it. The price per bucket of firewood and lighting tablets is 6 euros.
If you want we can go to pick you up from the airport the price is 20 euros each way.
If you would like to enjoy a Karaoke session, we will prepare all the equipment for a fun afternoon. 25 euros.
You can also enjoy an Argentine barbecue or espicha. Ask availability.

Beautiful house

Had a wonderful time, the villa was perfect and had everything and more. Owner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, he even met us at the Villa at 2am to let us in and show us round. Messaged us frequently to make sure we were good. Highly recommend this a place to stay!!!

Good location for an Asturias experience

The house was modern, very comfortable, lacking nothing (except some tongs for the BBQ, which we bought). Walter, the owner, was most helpful, and even came to pick us up to save us walking up the hill to the house, as we didn’t have a car. We enjoyed our week in Piedras Blancas.

Perfect space in a perfect location

The house was beautiful, spacious, comfortable & clean.The location was great - easy to walk to town (a bit of a hill coming home). It was easy to get to shopping & many beautiful beaches Walter was a great host from booking until check out. He was very attentive & available.Walter contacted us every couple days to see if we needed anything - directions, recommendations, etc.

La casa es preciosa, y es tal como se muestra en las fotos. Los anfitriones muy amables y siempre están ahí para ayudarte en todo. Pero si quieres paz y tranquilidad, en esta casa no la vas a encontrar. Es muy ruidosa, pasa una carretera elevada, pegada a la casa y el ruido es constante y fuerte y además está el aeropuerto al lado, los aviones pasan por encima de la casa volando bajísimo y el ruido es ensordecedor. No se puede disfrutar del jardín, porque ni si siquiera te oyes las conversaciones. Las habitaciones están arriba, pero los baños para ducharte abajo, con lo que tienes que estar con toda la ropa subiendo y bajando. Y hay mucho escaloncito en la casa entre unas estancias y otras, con lo que levantarte a oscuras no es seguro. No la recomendaría, aunque ya digo que los anfitriones son maravillosos.

La estancia en la casa de Walter ha sido magnífica. La casa es como en las imágenes, estaba muy limpia y tenía todo lo imprescindible para vivir. Hemos estado muy cómodos en ella.La ubicación es muy buena y el trato con Walter ha sido muy fácil. Nos ha recomendado sitios y cuando hemos tenido algún problema ha respondido con rapidez. Puente de los Santos 2022

La casa es estupenda, tiene todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea maravillosa. La ubicación ideal, cerca de la playa, del pueblo de Piedras Blancas, y bien comunicada para moverte por las principales ciudades. Walter es encantador y super atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesites. Si tenemos oportunidad, repetiremos sin duda. Muy recomendable.

Das Haus liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise des 6km entfernten Flughafens. In Kombination mit der neben dem Haus verlaufenden Nationalstraße (mit Übergang von Straße auf Brücke) war es nicht möglich, sich auf der Terrasse oder im Grillbereich zu erholen. Wir sind am 4. Tag ausgezogen und haben uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht.

Lamentamos mucho su comentario .Creo que antes de alquilar deberían leer la descripción de la casa que está a 10 km del aeropuerto .Nunca nadie se ha quejado de los aviones .Lo que deseaban es después de estar 4 días les devolbieramos todo el dinero .La plataforma hablo con ustedes para arreglar la situacion lo mejor posible pero no han querido .No podíamos hacer más .
