Una casa de planta baja con fácil acceso. Ofrece una espaciosa habitación doble y un baño de lujo con bañera grande lo suficientemente grande para dos y una ducha y TV.

Hay una sala de estar / comedor de planta abierta y una cocina totalmente equipada con barra de desayuno que ofrece la oportunidad de disfrutar de una escapada romántica. Enamórate de nuevo y recrea la magia. Se proporciona un paquete de bienvenida de cortesía para su disfrute.

El Digey es una de las calles más emblemáticas del distrito Downalong de St. Ives. La estrecha calle adoquinada conecta Fore Street, cerca del puerto con Back Road West, que bordea la playa de Porthmeor.

No es seguro de dónde viene el nombre "Digey", pero una teoría es que proviene de tinte-chy que significa casa de tinte, donde se tiñeron las velas del barco.

Excellent Location

Excellent location right in the centre of St Ives. This was our second visit to the beautiful Juliot cottage. We will be back for our third visit later this year. Highly recommend.

Ideally located excellent apartment

We had a lovely stay at the Juliot apartment. Ideally located in the centre of St Ives. Would highly recommended this high quality apartment for anyone looking for a dog friendly holiday destination.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Juliot

My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon stay at Juliot. The location is fantastic - literally minutes from the beaches and St Ives streets. It was really clean with bread, eggs, coffee etc. provided when we arrived. The bed is super comfy and we wanted to take it with us! When we met Maria in the courtyard she was really friendly and helpful and even took us on a tour of the other cottages. We will definitely be back!

A comfortable cottage in a perfect location

The cottage has everything a couple need. It’s perfectly situated so close to the beach and some amazing restaurants. Courtyard is a bonus too.

Another great stay

This is our third time at Juliot and it was just as good as the first. It’s perfect for us as a couple has plenty of storage and in a brilliant central location. It’s a wonderful little cottage and I’ve no doubt we’ll be back.

An excellent cottage in a perfect but peaceful location

Juliot was wonderful. It is a beautifully appointed cottage in a fantastic location which is close to all amenities but also very peaceful. The housekeeper Marie pays attention to every detail and is on hand if needed Having found My Cottages we would not look to book anywhere else.

Great stay

We loved our stay in Juliot. It is finished to a high standard. Very comfortable. Marie the housekeeper was so friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond with the starter pack. Lovely courtyard and gates give you a safe space. Its location was excellent very close to the shops and beachfront. We would love to come again but our dates in September are booked for next year. Book early!!

Lovely half term break with family

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Juliot. Beautifully decorated clean warm and comfy. Provided everything we needed with a lovely welcome pack and gorgeous toiletries in the barhroom and kitchen. The location was perfect with an easy walk to the shops cafes and beach and with a secure private courtyard. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic as usual,clean, tidy,welcome tea, coffee and sugar pack.,bread, jam and butter also provided, really lovely, Marie was,as, usual, brilliant and friendly. The owners are brilliant and very accommodating,all this is why we keep coming back.

A lovely stay

We loved our stay in Juliot this week. The cottage was beautifully furnished and very well equipped for two people. The extra touches such as the blankets and cushions for outside, the lovely toiletries that were free to use and the lovely welcome gifts were all a joy. For us the outside space absolutely made this cottage, it was like a little haven away from the lovely madness of Fore Street. Having somewhere to eat out in the sunshine and just enjoy the calmness was such a pleasure. I highly recommend staying in Juliot, Wella or Iris, which we looked around and were just stunning too. Paula you have done a truly wonderful job with all 3 cottages, we had the best stay! Thank you.

Perfect

The accommodation was lovely and cosy. So nice infact we have booked again. Perfect location too. Clearly they have thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. Juliot was clean and warm, the welcome pack of eggs, bread etc was a really lovely touch. The free carpark space is also great an added bonus. The only negative was the late check in/early check out time. I appreciate that the accommodation has to be turned around for the next guests but 4pm check in is rather late. 11am would have been preferable to the 10am check out time. I did however receive a text to say Juliot was ready at 2pm, but we were still travelling as left to ensure we did not arrive earlier.

Unfortunately we are unable to allow an earlier check in and later check out due to the amount of time required to turn the cottage around between bookings and ensure the cleanliness is kept to a high standard although we do, as you said, let guests know if the cottage is ready any earlier. The Juliot St Ives, a lovely stay.

This property is excellent, it is close to restaurants, shops, beaches and the harbour, and is lovely and quiet. (Apart from the odd early morning seagull). A lovely secure courtyard outside your door, for enjoying a coffee and a book. The property has top quality kitchen and bathroom, three TVs, including one in the bath! Excellent Wi-Fi, and a top class welcome pack and information. The only draw back is the distance to the out of town car park. If it had a secure car parking slot in one of the resort car parks then it could not be beaten. Book this place and you will not be disappointed. RETURN VISIT

This was a return visit for us, last year stayed 4 nights, liked it so much back this year for the whole week The security of the courtyard is excellent Met Maria, housekeeper on arriving, extremely helpful She keeps the properties in top order Lovely "welcome pack" when you arrive of bread, milk, butter etc + flowers For the 2 of us apartment very comfortable & suitable We like the fact that most things, beach, shops & restaurants are all walkable distances Although the secure parking is a long way at top of the town, local bus brought us back to the cinema area Please note, if you want a taxi to take you back to the car park when you leave at say 9 to 9.30am non are available as they are pre-booked for school runs ( not sure is this might be different in August !! Dearly would like to return next year but Juliot is fully booked out in July & August Please let us know if you have any cancellations

Perfect short break

Wow fantastic place impeccably well presented. Perfect location close to all the best St.Ives has to offer. Loved the secure gated courtyard it made it feel very exclusive and would be very practical if you have children. There were some lovely touches, fresh flowers, fresh bread, milk, butter and eggs. We also met Marie who looks after the properties, she could not have been more lovely. I could not recommend Juliot enough a beautiful little discovery.

Fabulous stay…will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful stay in Juliot, St Ives. There is absolutely nothing we wanted for that wasn’t there. As soon as we walked in we were both blown away with how great the apartment felt. It is beautifully appointed, very comfortable and immaculately clean. The location was perfect…minutes from the main streets, but a lovely quiet spot…also just minutes from the beach and costal path. We would also like to thank you for making our check in so easy…and a big thank you to Maria, the housekeeper, who keeps the apartment spotless, and had left a fabulous welcome pack of eggs, bread, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk. What a great few days we had. Will be back next year! Thank you

Pre Christmas holiday

We have just returned from a fantastic break at Juliot with our Bichon Frise Jasper. A beautifully maintained dog friendly bolt hole in a fabulous location steps away from Fore Street but in a quiet secluded location. Juliot is extremely well equipped and provides everything you will need for a luxury week away. We must give a special mention to the housekeeper Marie, she was so friendly and helpful and made our stay even more memorable. We are definitely looking to return here in 2022

Excellent location

We stayed in Juliot for a week, the facilities and location are excellent. The added outdoor space with enclosed courtyard is an added bonus. The cleanliness was 5 star. My only negative is the uphill 25 minute walk to the car park.

We appreciate that there is a little distance to our reserved car parking, unfortunately we are unable to provide private parking any closer to the cottages. Whilst this isn't always the best option, it does guarantee all of our guests a secure and pre-paid parking space, should they wish to use it. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

I grew up in Stockton on Tees, the industrial heart of the North East. The greatest event of the year for myself, my brother and sister was the annual trip to St Ives for our summer holiday, despite the long drive and the constant “Dad are we nearly there yet”, the first view of the beautiful bay as you come into the town never failed to take our breath away and fill us with excitement for the days ahead. Those holidays gave me such fond memories, I wanted to re-create the experience for my son and grandson, so in 2015 I purchased the three cottages which were in a near derelict condition with the vision of creating some wonderful holiday cottages where the magic could be shared not only with friends and family but also our valued guests. Today we still come to St Ives for our Summer holiday and what a joy it is to see my mother and father spending time on the beach with their children, grandchildren and 5 year old great grandson. We hope you enjoy the living spaces we have provided and that you can create some wonderful memories of your own with your friends and families.

After many holidays in St Ives over the years it was always our dream to own our own cottage in the Town.
We are now living that dream!
The cottages were purchased in 2015 due to their prime location on the prettiest and most photographed street in St Ives. The properties were in a near derelict condition and sadly in need of lots of tender loving care.
It was our vision to transform the cottages into beautiful spaces where holiday makers could enjoy time out in luxury surroundings. Over a two-year period, we slowly and on occasions painfully, saw our initial concept transformed into reality with the creation of Iris, Wella and Juliot.
With the renovations completed in early 2018 we are delighted to offer visitors to St Ives the opportunity to relax in complete luxury and enjoy the stunning surroundings that our transformation team have created. We truly hope you live our dream…

The cottage has been renovated to the highest of standards using reclaimed local timber and slate. The interiors have been professionally designed to provide a fabulous living space with everything that you need for your stay. All furnishings are sumptuous and inviting and give an air of true elegance and luxury. There are a number of little touches that have been added to make your stay that extra bit special. All ornaments, pictures and nic nacs have been sourced through local craft shops and galleries. The location of the property is perfect, close to the beach, bustling harbour and local amenities. Juliot is luxury living at its finest.
