Located 1 Km from the MENUIRES, in the quiet and typical village of LAVASSAIX, the cottage "LE REYVOZ" offers a warm, comfortable and offers a panoramic view of the mountains of the valley of Bellevilles.

Heel fijn chalet voor een goede prijs. 3 slaapkamers met allemaal een eigen badkamer, echt ideaal. Houtkachteltje was ook leuk en nuttig om het snel lekker warm te maken. Afstand tot de piste van 200 meter, prima te doen. Verbeterpunten: her en der wel wat lekkage als er gedoucht werd. Wat basis producten in de keuken zoals zout, peper, en olijfolie was wel fijn geweest.

Bien situé mais mal isolé du bruit

Le chalet est situĂ© dans un hameau au bord de la piste du Betex. C'est parfait pour rejoindre le domaine skiable ou en revenir. Il suffit de 5 Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied dans le village pour atteindre la piste du tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge. Impeccable. Par contre le chalet est dans un coin du hameau ou nombre de vacanciers louent des appartements, des grands appartements de 14 personnes pour certains. Ces batiments sont situĂ©s de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la ruelle. RĂ©sultat, si certains voisins sont bruyants et ont dĂ©cidĂ© de faire la fĂȘte jusqu'Ă  2h du matin, alcolisĂ©s, tous les soirs, alors c'est Ă©videmment perturbant si vous souhaitiez vous reposer au calme d'un hameau Ă  1750m, car le chalet est extrĂȘmement mal isolĂ© du bruit. On entend mĂȘme de simples conversations venant de la ruelle du village. Bref, j'ai essayĂ© de faire intervenir la gendarmerie, Ă  trois reprises, mais sans beaucoup de succĂšs. Cela n'a rien changĂ©. Tous les soirs le mĂȘme souci. Pas de chance, sans doute. C'est dommage car le chalet est mignon et offre quelques belles vues, mĂȘme si un chalet en contre bas bloque un peu trop la vue principale (vue sur le toit du voisin !). Le hameau a du caractĂšre, le chalet aussi. Le Carrefour Montagne se trouve Ă  20 minutes Ă  pied. C'est pratique. Le problĂšme du tapage nocturne fut un gros souci pendant notre sĂ©jour. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la mise Ă  disposition de bois pour le pĂŽele Ă  bois. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Prima verblijf voor 3 vallees

Positieve punten: - Skischoenverwarming - Vloerverwarming - Opbergruimte ski's - Broodjesservice - Mogelijkheid tot huren van bed- en badlinnen - Oven met ovenschalen zijn top! Negatieve punten: - We hadden graag kussentjes gehad op de houten stoelen - Er ontbraken scherpe messen - We hadden problemen met het ontgrendelen van het kinderslot van de keramische kookplaat Huisje is echt een aanrader!

Pleasant stay

Spacious property with many good points, eg parking, wifi, good beds, ski boot warmers, controllable underfloor heating, character location, quiet, however it could be improved with a second sofa instead of the woodburner. And remember to bring your own sheets and pillowcase. Recommended.
