Lovely PENTHOUSE with large terrace with sea view.

Gabicce Mare, in the upper area a few meters from the beach apartment on the last floor with elevator, living room with kitchenette, terrace (equipped), double bedroom, bathroom. Complete with private parking space in the garage. Autonomous heating and cooling. Small context of only 9 families, green and quiet area. A few meters from the house there are tennis courts, footpaths or cycle paths that lead inside the San Bartolo natural park.
It is the first year that is rented for which we have no reviews 🤷🏼♂️.

Schöne Wohnung in dichter Hotel und Apartmenthausbebauung mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, nur WLAN fehlt. Fussweg zum Strand ca. 3 Minuten

Zona tranquilla ad un passo dalle spiagge, ottima l’insonorizzazione delle stanze considerato il fatto che gli alberghi vicini, spesso, hanno organizzato feste con musica ad alto volume la sera. Solo peccato per i vicini particolarmente rumorosi che per due notti hanno svegliato la bambina, ma la proprietà merita decisamente
