The town of Pris has the advantage of being always clear and being the last place in the north where the sun sets so you can enjoy long days at the beach. In the village you can find a small supermarket and a bar just one minute from the accommodation. Staying here you can visit the neighboring village (Mesa del Mar) which has a beach, natural pool and fish restaurants.

No se podía dormir

El apartamento muy limpio y recogido y la mujer muy amable, pero el piso no tiene ventanas ni cristales solo menorquinas que con el mar delante se oye todo y imposible dormir, pasamos mucho frío la ducha muy pequeña que el agua salía sin presión y no muy caliente … y la ubicación para llegar muy mal … por el precio lo encuentro excesivo

Tolle Lage aber sehr einfache und alte Ausstattung. Teuer

Das Appartement ist extremst einfach ausgestattet. Es gibt nicht mal einen Besen, Staubsauger etc. Einige Dinge der Einrichtung sind einfach abgerockt. Nicht Vintage-nur alt. Für den Preis (55 Euro) einfach zuviel. Ich war 10 Tage hier. Die nächsten zehn Tage verbringe ich gerade in einem Appartement in vergleichbarer Lage (Punta del Hidalgo) mit weitaus besserer und hochwertigerer Ausstattung-nur ist es hier mit 35 Euro /Tag ein besserer Preis. Durch den direkten Vergleich den ich hier ziehen kann ist mir klar geworden das es mit 55 Euro in El Pris einfach viel zu teuer ist. 20 Euro pro Nacht wäre vielleicht OK. Aber selbst dann würde ich lieber für 35 Euro besser wohnen. Die Lage des Appartements ist klasse, der Naturpool vor der Tür ein Erlebnis. Die Sonnenuntergänge toll. In den Restaurants in der Umgebung kann man einfach und preiswert essen. El Pris gerne wieder-das Apartment hat meine Erwartungen überhaupt nicht getroffen.

Sehr schön, mit kleinem Aber.

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Wohnung selbst ist unschlagbar. Preis/Leistung passt sehr gut. Das was uns etwas gestört hat, ist, das es keine Fenster gibt sondern nur Klappfenster. Dadurch, das man sie nicht schließen kann, ist es nie wirklich ruhig (obwohl das Meeresrauschen meist sehr schön ist) und wenn schlechtes Wetter ist, ist es kalt und zugig in der Wohnung. Dazu muss man aber sagen, das wir im Januar da waren. Alles in allem entschädigt der Ausblick für alles und diese Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, wenn auch lieber in wärmeren Monaten.

Smell of cockroaches feces

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and has a very nice view. Apart from that, big part of the floor is covered by small cockroaches feces. They live in a lot of places and leave their hideouts when it gets dark. Even though we reported the problem to the owner, she told us that there is nothing she can do about it and stopped responding. Obviously there are plenty of ways to get rid of cockroaches…

Hola Gabriela, las cucarachas salen por el calor y estás en un apartamento a pie de playa donde hace mucho calor. Fumigamos tres veces al año, pero no evita que aparezcan. Hemos vuelto a fumigar hace poco y siempre buscamos maneras de intentar que no se cuelen en el apartamento pero es una cosa inevitable en esta isla y cuando hace tanto calor.
