Ideally located, very quiet. New luxury construction (120 m2) able to seduce the most demanding customers. Refined decoration. High-end materials. WIRELESS. South exposure. Sea view upstairs and garden on the ground floor.
Garage 1 car + private parking 2 cars.
On the ground floor: fully equipped American kitchen, comfortable living / dining room with fireplace (purchase of wood possible at the station Ambleteuse, open 7/7 days from 7h to 20h), TV channels TNT + USB socket (USB movie playback possible), WC.
On the floor: 1 parental suite (bed 160 cm) with room of shower, 1 room of bath with tub, independent TOILET, 1 room 2 beds 90 cm accolés (1 duvet), 1 room 3 beds of 90 cm, among which 1 trundle.

Beach less than 20 m - Village center and shops within 500 m.
Possible rental of household linen (bedding + bath) - 15 € / person.
The arrival on site is scheduled between 16h and 20h. We have a supplement of 15 € for any arrival after 20h, on Sundays and public holidays.
Deposit on booking + Deposit: 300 € - Compulsory final cleaning: 80 € (+ intermediate cleaning possible).
The villa is rented during the whole week during school holidays (France and Belgium). Pets are accepted with the prior consent of the owners. Waste must be brought to the different containers of sorting at the end of the stay.
We propose a second villa, identical, with joint ownership by the garage, to accommodate groups of up to 14 people.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Location très propre et mobilier très fonctionnel. Électroménager au top et de bonne marque. Vaisselle, verres et ustensiles de cuisine en très bon état et en nombre suffisant. Maison très bien située, d'accès direct à la plage dans un petit village calme mais qui a sa friterie. Possibilité de visites de nombreux sites, avec un aquarium grandiose, des musées sur la guerre et vestiges. La propriétaire répond très rapidement à nos questions quand aux détails sur les Électroménagers notamment et n'hésite pas à faire passer très rapidement un professionnel en cas de petit soucis. Nous avons testé ce séjour l'hiver et avons profité de la cheminée mais réfléchissons à revenir aux beaux jours.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Haus. Die Einrichtung ist top, es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden.Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr angenehm, sie hatte viele nützliche und interessante Informationen schon vorab für uns.Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Der kleine Garten ist komplett mit einer Mauer umgeben, so dass unser Hund bedenkenlos spielen und toben konnte. Das kleine Fischerdorf hat zahlreiche Restaurants, in denen man täglich frische Meeresfrüchte genießen kann. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.Die Vermieterin hat sich am Abreisetag persönlich erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung war, dass fanden wir richtig klasse, merci Pascale.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend, wenn man viel spazieren gehen will. Gerade mit Hund ist die Lage ideal, da man in zwei Minuten am Strand und in den Dünen ist.Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Nous avons apprécié le gite, mais quelques soucis: le panier inférieur du lave-vaisselle est défectueux, la lunette de la toilette du premier étage était cassée à notre arrivée et avons effectué une réparation provisoire, il manque des tables de nuit dans les chambres doubles, nous avons cherché en vain une pince pour casser les pattes de crabe, une raclette nous aurait permis d’entretenir les vitres après la tempête.

Agréable maison à quelques pas de la plage

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette agréable maison. La maison est très bien équipée; cuisine complète, 2 frigos, 1 congélateur, 3 cafetières différentes, des volets électriques à toutes les fenêtres, machine à laver, sèche-linge, ... . Une place de parking est réservée et la deuxième peut porter à discussion avec les voisins. La propriétaire est sympathique et très disponible. L'endroit est calme malgré que l'on soit à quelques mètres de la plage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié entendre les vagues de notre lit.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Hunden einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Audresselles verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, die Betten sind bezogen und Handtücher liegen ausreichend bereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, man kann direkt vom Haus aus mit den Hunden spazieren gehen. Die Kommunikation war völlig problemlos und schnell.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus, wir haben uns zu 6. mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal hier,obwohl das Wetter sehr regnerisch und stürmisch war,hat es uns wieder gut gefallen und wir haben uns gut erholt.
