Onedin House is a beautifully presented late Victorian property, located only five minutes from Dartmouth’s town centre and boasting stunning views across the River Dart to Kingswear. Accommodating six people, the property has three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin), plus two family bathrooms. There is also a sitting room with magnificent views, a lounge and a kitchen/dining room. Outside there is a wonderful patio and a mature garden, plus a parking permit is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park nearby. This delightful property is equally well suited to two families or three couples, looking for a fantastic, well-equipped base!
Amenities: 4-ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer (inside cupboard), fridge/freezer and oak units with granite worktops. TVs in all three bedrooms, ground floor lounge and top floor sitting room. Top floor has a 40in 4K/UHD Smart TV with Freeview, linked to a DVD player offering over 100 DVDs. Over 50 prints and pictures; many originals. Gas fired central heating throughout. All bed linen and towels are supplied, guests will need to bring their own beach towels. Patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining, leading to a lawn and garden with extensive river views. No parking at the property –but parking permit supplied (car park is approximately 7-10 minute walk from the house).Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta. Pubs, restaurants, take-away outlets, fashion and gift shops, and supermarket all within 0.1 miles. Strictly No Smoking, strictly no pets
