Great location

Great location, just a few minutes walk from beaches and restaurants and short drive from lovley towns with everything else you need. The property is nice and as described although the bathroom could do with updating. It makes a great base for a family holiday.

Ein einfaches aber sehr schön gelegenes Haus

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in diesem einfachen aber schön gelegenem Haus verbracht. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zum Meer. Das Grundstück ist riesig. Es liegt an der meist befahrenen Straße von Trevignon, aber auf der Rückseite des Hauses kriegt man davon fast gar nichts mit. Für Familien absolut empfehlenswert.

Solides Haus in Strandnähe

Schöner, großer geschlossener Garten in dem unser Hund rennen und sich verstecken konnte. Die Räumlichkeiten sind praktikabel eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Fußläufig sind die Strände und Restaurants von Trevignon erreichbar.

Espaces verts au bord de la mer

Beaucoup d’espaces extérieurs, une maison simple de plein pieds proche des plages. Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine ( cocotte minute, petites cuillères, louche…..).

Très bon séjour

Maison très bien placée , beau jardin, plage à pied, calme assuré. Un bémol : l entretien global !propreté limite de l intérieur, mauvaise odeur salle de bain …. Si il fait beau et qu on vit dehors c est super !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec ma femme et nos 2 chiens pendant 2 semaines. Le sympathique jardin est correctement clôturé et assez grand pour que nos bergers australiens puissent en profiter pleinement. La maison est assez grande, confortable et est fonctionnelle. On a pu manger à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur ce qui était très agréable. Le réfrigérateur est grand,ce qui est rare et mérite donc d'être précisé. La localisation est parfaite,assez proche de grandes surfaces et bien entendu proche de la mer. On peut garer la voiture à l'intérieur ce qui est sécurisant. Le seul point négatif c'est le téléviseur qui a parfois du mal à capter les chaînes mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour et nous reviendront certainement.

In die Jahre gekommenes Haus mit einem wunderschönem Grundstück

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Dusche in der Garage war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kleine Toilette. Die Betten nicht jedermanns Sache. Aber alles in allem hat die Landschaft und die Strände vieles nichtig erscheinen lassen.

Ruhe in Trevignon

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön !! Leider ist das Objekt einwenig verwohnt und bedarf einer Renovierung !! Die Lage und der Garten ist klasse. Bis zum Meer und zu den Restaurants sind es nur wenige Minuten und den Fischverkauf im Hafen haben wir auch genutzt und frischeren Fisch bekommt man nicht. In der näheren Umgebung kann man viel Entdecken wie z. B. die Orte: Pont - Avon und Concarneau.

Das schöne Trevignon

Ein grosses, praktisches Haus mit einem parkähnlichen, wunderschönen und eingezäunten Garten. Ein Paradies für uns und unseren Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Bad sollte allerdings ein wenig renoviert werden.

Ebenerdiges Haus mit großem Garten, nah am Strand

Die Lage und der Garten sind einfach toll, wir waren innerhalb zwei Minuten am wunderschönen Strand von Trevignon. Der Garten war rundum groß und schön, toll für die Kinder zum Spielen. Man kann Dieter auf dem Grundstück parken und man hört keinen Straßenlärm. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Haus war praktisch eingerichtet, alle Zimmer sind ebenerdig erreichbar. Das Badezimmer wurde renoviert, allerdings nur mit einer Wanne (man konnte sich sitzend abduschen). Die eigentliche Dusche befand sich in der Garage, das war leider etwas ungemütlich. Wir wären mit dem Haus trotzdem sehr zufrieden gewesen, wenn nicht das Abflussrohr in der Küche gewesen wäre … wir informierten aber gleich die Eigentümerin, die auch sehr schnell reagierte und handelte. Als der Geruch nicht besser wurde, hat sie uns kurzerhand sogar ein anderes, sehr schönes bretonisches Ferienhaus zur Verfügung gestellt. So mussten wir zwar das Haus wechseln, durften dann aber in einem sehr gemütlichen Haus den Rest der Ferien verbringen. Es lag in Kerdaloch, etwas weiter weg vom Meer, aber so schön, dass wir es wärmstes empfehlen können! Wir konnten den Urlaub weiterhin genießen und die Eigentümer konnten in der Zeit das Küchenproblem reparieren! Vielen Dank hier noch einmal an Cathy!

Endroit paisible à quelque mètre d'un spectacle magnifique.

C'est vrai que si vous recherchez un peu de luxe, ce n'est pas cette maison qui faut louer... la maison est vieille, la salle de bain doit absolument être refaite... mais si vous rechercher un endroit calme à seulement quelque mètre de la mer, c'est le top! Nous y sommes venu pour y être au calme, proche de la mer, proche des balades, de vues et panoramas magnifiques,... et nous avons eu tout cela. Nous avons 2 chiens qui ont pu, en plus des balades, jouer dans un grand jardin!... nous y reviendrons!

Riesiges Grundstück - großzügiges Haus

Alles war bestens organisiert, im Haus war vorhanden, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Allerdings verströmte das Haus einen muffigen Geruch, der sich auch nach Tagen noch zeigte. Man muss schon extrem lüften. Die Dusche in der Garage war gewöhnungsbedürftig, funktioniert aber ausgezeichnet. Die Sickergrube im Garten ist leider nicht so dicht, wie man es sich wünschen würde.

mis à part sa localisation location à fuir,sauf si vous appréciez les cafards,le mobilier et la déco (très) vintage la 2 eme salle de bains est une douche se trouvant dans le garage et la fosse septique bouchée le lendemain de notre arrivée... le jardin est cependant très agréable et Trévignon très accueillant.
