Fransesco was exceptionally considerate and consistent in ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. He was ever so helpful and the apartment was in an excellent location for walking to all the sites. Highly recommend this space.

Just ok. Pros: -location - 20-25 min walk to Vatican - 8 min walk to trenitalia. - Close to grocery store and restaurants) -communication with Francesco was excellent Cons: -not a one bedroom, it’s just a room with two couch beds which are not very comfortable. -Not very clean. Moldy shower, ceiling, baseboard not attached to wall, amongst other things -Cheap and chipping frying pans. -One towel each ( this is a European thing, however, coming from a colder temperature country we sweat more and one towel each for 5 days is not adequate) -no hot water in the kitchen -boiling water will take you a very long time -one cutting knife which is very dull -poor water pressure in shower

Fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Francesco. Franceso is goed via whatsapp te bereiken en bovendien heel vriendelijk in de omgang. Hij stond ons zelf al op te wachten bij aankomst! Het appartement is niet groot maar is helemaal ok! De schoonmaak had wel iets beter gekund. Superfijn geslapen op een goed matras. De bushalte is op loopafstand om naar alle bezienswaardigheden te gaan. De St. Pietersbasiliek ligt op 1,2 km afstand maar met de bus ben je er binnen een paar minuten. Als we 's avonds niet in de stad wilden eten zijn we heerlijk gaan eten bij Buono Forchetta, een fijn restaurant om de hoek. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad!

Francesco était très sympathique et disponible. L'appartement est un S.0 (il contient qu'une seule pièce) et il n'est pas fait donc pour acceuillir 4 adultes.

Can do better....

Francesco's apartment is very well located in Rome, moreover in a quiet area. Discreet neighborhood and free parking for a vehicle in close proximity. Attention: the nearest metro is 25 minutes walk. Note: the station reported by Franscesco on the announcement is a station "SNCF type". No change of load (of exchanges), with a Metro Things are deteriorating somewhat in the content: 1) - of the announcement 2) - from the apartment The announcement of Francesco brings up 1 bedroom and a dining room / kitchen area. The ambiguity lies in the fact that there is no room. The "dining room / kitchenette" offers the possibility of 4 sleeping places (2 convertible) these 2 convertibles are in one single room: the dining room / kitchen area. This ambiguity should be raised very clearly in order to avoid disappointments ... .. Regarding the equipment, it is fishing in some places with: -a reduced "workforce" of cutlery. -no trash to the bathroom -no towel / towel in the kitchen (linen is announced as provided) These are only minor details, but they suggest that Francesco is not very attentive to its customers *. He will have to correct that. * On our arrival, we waited 15 minutes in front of the apartment, while Francesco was doing the dishes (and cleaning?): We found the plates all wet .... dm
