Ancient mill, eighteenth century, restored to its original. Located in the small town of Aleixar,, 8 km from Reus. Zone of pleasant and mild climate, between the mountains of Prades and the sea.

Porch with table tennis table (ping-pong) and private swimming pool of 15 x 5 m (1.5 to 2.00 m depth), old raft of the mill. In the front of the house there is an area with trees, lawn with table and garden chairs and at the end is the barbecue, at the end of the garden are the fields of hazelnut cultivation and orchards.

Distributed on3 floors:

Ground floor: large living room with fireplace and TV.

First floor:the dining room and the kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, washing machine,

fridge and separate 60 cm freezer.. Bathroom with bathtub.Second floor: 1 double bedroomand 2 twin bedrooms. Bathroom with bath.

Maximum 2 dogs, supplement €10 per dog/day.



Private swimming pool 15 x 5 m (1.7 to 2.00 m depth), Open pool : 01/06 - 15/09 / Private barbecue.

Weekend bookings: Departures 17-18 h, as long as they do not coincide with the arrival of another client (in this case, prior notice will be given).

Week bookings: Departures maximum 12 h.
