Villa Océane – Pool & Spa between Sea and Forest

Colonial style villa with small pool-spa ideal for children (depth 90 cm) and for adults, a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

The villa Océane, surrounded by banana trees and palm trees, in a small quiet subdivision, between sea and forest. It consists of a living room (TV and WIFI), living room, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave), laundry (washing machine, dryer), 3 bedrooms (beds 2 people + 1 folding bed + 1 cot for child), 1 bathroom (walk-in shower, 1 bathroom (whirlpool). Very well maintained and recent decoration. South facing garden with barbecue, sunbathing and garden furniture. Villa all comfort ideal for holidays farnientes with family or friends.

By the fact, that the housing estate is deadlocked, the street is very calm. Sometimes, depending on the direction of the wind, you will hear the evenings of the campsites in the distance. And, for the pleasure of the ears, the sea can be heard too, especially when she decided to scold!

Also, that we are not "beach side", there is less passage of cars, where this permanent tranquility, total rest in a green setting.
On foot, by the forest (5 minutes from the house), you can reach the beach (45 minutes) (unsupervised beach). It is a beautiful walk through the pine forest.
By bike, by bike paths behind the impasse, the supervised beach is 11 km.

In Labenne Bourg, for food shopping, there is INTERMARCHE (gas station) (open every day and Sunday morning), three bakeries, a great scoop, a pharmacy (in the premises of INTERMARCHE), an excellent butcher, restaurants , pizzerias, hairdressers, distributors, beauty salons, doctors, dentists, osteopaths, veterinarians, garages ...

In Labenne Océan, you will find various beach shops, bike rentals, surfing, restaurants, a bakery and all campsites, and a small CASINO in the campsite "LE BOUDIGAU" for small races.

At the beach, small cafes restaurants and a surf club to discover this sport very famous here!

Be careful on the beach of LABENNE, always bathe in the supervised area. The sea, when it does not look like a lake, can be very dangerous! We advise you to go on the beaches of CAPBRETON, there are fewer baïnes.

Also close to Labenne Océan, is the Labenne zoo (small but very friendly, some animals live in freedom), a skate park, a city, a cross-scooter / cross-bike course), the football field, a water park ( toboggans) and tree climbing with various levels of difficulty. Also, on the BOUDIGAU (name of the river that crosses LABENNE and CAPRETON), possibility of renting canoes, and then for the enthusiasts of riding, an equestrian center.

Leaving Labenne towards Ondres-Bayonne, there is the REPTILARIUM (ideal with children on rainy days).

HOSSEGOR (15 minutes)
Its surfing beaches, small restaurants, pedestrian streets, shops and Sunday morning market (food and clothing).

Lake Hossegor (ideal for walking and running - 8 km), its small beaches with its tide (ideal for children). You can see the most beautiful villas in the South of the Landes. You can even eat oysters from the lake (at the end of the lake).
The Lake Hossegor allows paddle (rental).

Then, you have the beaches of Hossegor and Seignosse (water park also).
There is so much to discover and enjoy in the south of the Landes and the Basque Country (BAYONNE and its ham, its chocolatiers (including the chocolate museum), its houses with red Basque colombages, BIARRITZ, SAINT JEAN DE LUZ, CIBOURE, HENDAYE and its huge beach, ESPELETTE and its houses whose facades are covered with peppers, SAINT JEAN PIED DE PORT, THE RHUNE (Pyrenean mountain and its little train (also for hiking for the bravest), SAN SEBASTIAN (SPAIN - 45 minutes from the house - you can eat some great tapas that can be accompanied by good sangria, its historical center is superb and La Concha (beach) is nice.

At the Spanish border (IRUN / BIRIATOU), you can make food shopping including products that do not exist in France, at advantageous prices, especially for the purchase of cigarettes or alcohol (with moderation :))
