The apartment is on the top floor of a recently restored Chalet all owned for the same use. The apartment is for guest use only and offers undisturbed views of Sintra all around. The house has been restored to offer traditional Portuguese details on the Ceilings and old wooden floor boards and also offers modern details to ensure maximum comfort.
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. It is accessed via a staircase directly from the street entirely for guest use only.
We have support whenever necessary. We offer self check-in as well as a personal meet and greet to ensure we share with you all tips and recommendations for an enjoyable time in Sintra.

We stayed in 5 rentals in our 3 month stay and this was the best. There was lots of room for 5 of us, everything was sparkling clean and there were nice matching dishes. The bathrooms were a dream. We loved the little gifts left for us. We loved Sintra and the location of the condo was close to the activities and only 1 block from the train station. We used the restaurant and bakery recommendations and loved them. We would definitely return.
The only negative was needing to unplug the coffee pot to make toast because we’re in such a hurry both mornings.

Misunderstood "chalet": no garden or patio.Address hard to find, little parking in street.
You should warn clients that there is difficulty with the electricity - no fault of the owners as the electricity company still hasn't sorted out the problem of constant overloading and blown fuses - water heater and electric kettle already too much. Instructions for kitchen appliances would be useful. Inadequate shelf and hanging spaces in bedrooms.The owners, both very pleasant, came to see us when we telephoned, were helpful with suggestions about the electrics and made good recommendations about the area.

I believe there is misrepresentation in this review, as to blame us for no garden or patio, when we do not advertise or mention this in the listing is very inappropriate in the review. Address hard to find? as all instructions are clear unless your orientation tools or maps are not sending you to the right place. Parking on the street is always available, unless at peak times in the day it may be further away from the house.
Yes, it is unfortunate about the electricity situation which we are waiting for to be resolved any time in now. For now we propose a temporary fix around when you're at home. About the inadequate shelf hanging spaces, its the very first time we've received feedback as such but we will take into consideration whether improvements are necessary. We hope we can receive you again in the future.
