There is one flight of stairs leading from the entrance door to the first floor. The living room, kitchen, 1 king size bedroom and large shower room are all on this floor with an additional 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the top floor. The Utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and travel cot and high chair. A hairdryer can also be found in the the master bedroom. Shower products, shampoo and conditioner are provided in all shower rooms
The townhouse is gas heated and works on a two-tired system which allows the property to be heated differently on each floor. It has WiFi and Sky TV.
There are plenty of choices to eat and drink on the Promenade or further afield in the ever popular village of Portrush.
Public car parking is available directly outside the front door and if this is not available additional car parking is available only a very short distance walk away (2 minutes).
As the front of the property is facing the busy Portstewart Promenade it can be busy and noisy at times in the evenings.
