Villa Sultan and its neighbouring Villa Pasha are two private villas with their own large pools. They can be rented together or individually. The villas are located in the Peaceful Gülpinar area of Dalyan offering dazzling mountain views and provide modern, hi-spec spacious accommodation for your holiday. Each Villa is 5 bedroom, 3 upstairs and 2 on the ground floor. All rooms are air conditioned and have en suite toilet and showers. Fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Open plan living and kitchen/ dining area. As well as an outside table and chairs for allfresco dining.

Big and spacious villa in a peaceful residential quiet location with shops and restaurants close by. Any questions/needs we had were quickly answered by Marie the owner who was very helpful and friendly. Pool/Pool area was spotless and cleaned frequently.

Good Property, Microwave needed in Kitchen, more than 1 hairdryer would have been useful. Host was helpful when we had problems with the safe and lights in the bedroom. Floors in rooms were dusty

First stay in Turkey and won’t be the last

The area Dalyan is amazing it’s a beautiful place and the villa just made the holiday all the more relaxing. Enough sunbeds round the pool. (Didn’t even need to put a towel down haha) pool Area was cleaned everyday all washed down. The rooms all had an en suite which was perfect as we were 3 families sharing. Villa was amazing had everything we needed. Communication was g great the owner even sorted our transfer. Great place great villa thanks so much xx

Amazing Villa Sultan

Villa Sultan is absolutely stunning. It offers a spacious and bright living space. The balcony provides a breathtaking view of the mountains. Marie and Kenan, the owners, are truly wonderful and incredibly supportive. During my first week of solo travel, they made sure I was well taken care of. They took me on tours around Dalyan, arranged for a bicycle for me to explore, brought me to a Pilates class, and even invited me to a special Ramadan sundown meal at the market square. I am eagerly looking forward to returning. Such a remarkable villa with exceptional owners. Outstanding.

Very spacious and well appointed villa in a good location within easy walking distance of Dalyan centre. We were late season and slightly unlucky with the weather but the accommodation was excellent. Marie’s communication and attentiveness was absolutely spot on throughout.

Great Villa

Just returned from a great stay. Marie and Kenan were great from start to finish, especially when flights were changed due to the Thomas Cook bankruptcy. Villa is in a good location in the Gulpinar area, 10 mins flat walk to town. Nearest corner shop 4/5 mins with essentials - restaurant opposite the shop. Villa had all you needed
