Chalet in Leogang , Apartment Birnhorn with large living space and 2 bedrooms

Apartments in typical Austrian chalet in a beautiful Austrian resort of Leogang within an easy walk to Asitz Berg lift (main lift). Leogang is part of the famous Saalbach, Hinterglemm, Leogang, Fieberbrunn ski circus. Our Chalet is Hutten 300m from main lift ,ski hire, ski school, bars and restaurants.

All of the apartments have fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher / oven / hob / micro & fridge and the large 3 apartments have social Alpine styled dining tables with open plan lounges with smart TVs. Two of the apartment have three bedrooms, sleeping up to six people, all in comfortable beds, 8 persons if sofa beds are used. There is also a two bedroom apartment that sleeps 5 in comfortable beds and 7 if the sofa bed is used and a Studio apartment sleeping 2 persons. A representative meets all guests on arrival for any questions on apartment or resort etc.

Leogang is only 45 minutes from Salzburg Airport, the famous Spa town of Zell with its beautiful lake and shops only 20 minutes and the Kaprun glacier for year round skiing only 30 minutes. Please contact us for further information.

This apartment is split on 2 levels, it has upstairs two bedrooms, double bedroom with double bed + a triple bedroom with 2x bunk beds and a single bed, a bathroom with WC, basin & shower Downstairs is a large social full equipped kitchen with oven, micro oven, dishwasher, fridge and a alpine styled dinning table that can seat 6-8 persons a large L shaped sofa that can fold out to another double bed if required, Satellite TV, DVD player. There is a second bathroom by the lounge with a WC, basin and bath. Apartment B has its own ground floor side entrance as well as an internal Chalet entrance too. This apartment is decorated in typical Austrian style. Wireless Internet connection free.
Chalet in Leogang is divided into 4 separate apartments, it is great for large group of friends and family (in total ther are 19 beds + 4 double sofa beds)

Great location and fabulous host

Clean and cosy apartment with everything you need. Just a stroll to the Asitz gondola. Tony and Kate were super friendly and happy to help with anything we needed.

Great Apartment in easy walking distance of the ski-lifts

The apartment is very conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of the main ski-lifts. All was clean, warm and proper, the apartment has all you need for simple comfort and the kitchen is well equipped. Parking is easy outside the door in front of the house. The local agent was easy to deal with and helpful.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber, als wir ankamen. Dreck in den Ecken und Spinnweben waren zu sehen, das Geschirr in der Küche war aber sauber. Im Wohnbereich zog es und war sehr kalt, insbes. der Boden. Es fehlte an einer Beschreibung, wo sich der Müll befindet und wie dieser getrennt wird. Es gab nicht genug Mülltüten. Das „Ehebett“ war sehr unbequem. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich, wir möchten mit dem Feedback nur Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten aufzeigen. Wichtig ist vor allem die Sauberkeit.

We are a young family who love skiing and all snowsports in the winter months and biking, MTB and swimming in the summer this area is so beautiful, we also enjoy Hiking and exploring this region more!

Why they chose this property

This property has a great Sunny location, a very easy walk to the lift for skiing or biking / MTB Leogang bikepark.
The apartments are large and are ideal for families, teams or groups of friends.
We can rent the whole Chalet to accommodate larger groups, keeping everyone together in the same Chalet, but with their own privacy.
Each apartment has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, wifi, parking etc.
We have been really impressed with the variety of skiing available and the forward thinking of the region in linking the ski pistes -
The summer market is stunning, and the area is ideal for MTB, BikePark Leogang, biking, walking, lake swimming.... the element bike school offer great MTB training too.
