Welcome to Fotinari Villa II, a part of the Fotinari Villas complex with six spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Just a short stroll from the villa, discover two charming, unorganized beaches. To enhance your beach experience, we supply umbrellas and portable sun beds, ensuring your comfort and enjoyment by the sea. Nestled in the serene southern coastal area of Plakias in Rethymno, the 250 sq. m residence provides breathtaking views of the Libyan Sea, creating a tranquil haven for its visitors.


Layout

1st Floor


Perched on a hill, the villas interior uncoils to an open living space with sea vistas all around. The open plan area consists of the fully equipped kitchen with a height dining table and high bar style chairs, the living room and the dining area. The modern and fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for a self catered vacation. The living room offers a large corner sofa, a 45 HDTV, Playstation 4, bluetooth speaker, a wine cooler and large glass doors that open to a balcony with a sitting area overlooking the sea. Next to the living room is the dining area seating 12 guests with floor-to-ceiling windows which bring in sea views. This floor offers a WC and the villa has central air-conditioning throughout and in areas.


Ground Floor


On the ground floor, there are four luxurious bedrooms each with two single beds (0,90 X 2,00), which can be joined together to form a Queen-sized bed. Two of the four bedrooms are master bedrooms with their own ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate family bathroom with a shower that is shared by the other two bedrooms. These bedrooms offer air-conditioning, 32" HDTV, sea views and large glass balcony doors which lead you down to the pool level and the outdoor kitchen - barbecue area. Finally, a laundry room with a washer and a dryer is on this level.



Pool level Apartment


The pool-level apartment has its own separate entrance is comprised of the sitting area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen offers a refrigerator and two hobs along with dishes and utensils. One of the bedrooms in the apartment features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00) with an ensuite bathroom with shower and a 42" HDTV. The second bedroom features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined to create a Queen-sized bed, a closet, and a 32" HDTV. The apartments terrace shares the same impressive views and space with the infinity pool area and features the outdoor hot tub, sun deck, and childrens playground. Finally, the hammam is located on the pool level.


Outdoor area

What makes Fotinari Villa 2 really special is its outdoor space, which is designed to make the most out of the beautiful landscape and amazing sea views. More specifically, the outdoor area includes:

- A private infinity 40 sq. m swimming pool, which can also be heated with an additional charge upon request (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice)

-Three shaded daybeds, sunbeds and bean bag loungers with umbrellas

-A 5 seater hot tub

-Shaded lawn covered playground area for kids

-A Fully equipped outdoor kitchen under the pergola with hobs, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine, etc.

-Gas BBQ facilities next to the outdoor kitchen

-Outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola

-Parking space for up to 4 cars

-The Villa and outdoor area are fenced, offering security to our guests


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
